[Resolved] Billdesk — Payment made, but not paid to LIC

I have made a payment to LIC through Billdesk gateway using Gpay UPI option. The money has been deducted from my bank and transaction completed on Gpay. However the completion page did not pop up instead the payment page has come up with multiple options to pay (like online banking, UPI etc) again. I expect a refund or LIC premium payment receipt as I haven't received it.

After quite sometime I have gone to the payment portal, checked if the receipt has been generated. It got generated but didnot get it over mail or SMS
BillDesk customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Sampurna Gunthadodi Refreshed multiple times and got download the receipt through LIC payment portal. Did not get it through notification through mail or SMS
