Billdesk — account debited rs.438.77 but bill not paid

I have try to pay the electricity bill through billdesk on 23.11.2017 for rs.438.77. During payment the net was getting slow. However the amount was debited from my sbi account but the payment receipt was not generated. The same bill was paid again on 27.11.2017.

Kindly verify the transaction and credit to my account at the earliest.

I have try to payment of ts electricity bill through bill desk on 23.11.2017, due to net getting slow down the amount of rs.438.77 was debited to my account but the bill was unpaid and no receipt was generated. Again i have paid the bill due to disconnect the service by ts pdcl
(Payment ref is : sbi to transfer inb southern power distributi ap_elect payments jsbi[protected]igackscdo2 rs.438.77)

Please verify and credit to my account with the same amount as i am paying all bills from billdesk only
