I have made a 2000rs UPI payment for my aiims final registration on 23rd Oct 2020, my money was deducted but I didn't get any confirmation as site crashed just after it, I have to make another card payment for completion of my form. It's so much true. I paid 5 times and still the registration shows error.. So much care less and bad management . Didn't expected from such big organization like aiims

I have done with my fee payment of rs 1200 for entrance but right after it shows error and didn't completed my process but still the amount got deducted from my account. So can I get refund.
It is to inform you that we are very much dissatisfied from your website and your services!! We were filling out the form for bsc nursing cources but unfortunately at the payment page there were so many errors that made us very angry.
We have paid the ₹1500 fees 5 times and all the time it was deducted from our account but the registration showed error and refreshes back to the home page. Now we want all our money back as soon as possible.

Around 6400 rs have been deducted( 3200rs twice).Not yet refunded.I'm unable to apply for exams because of this issue.This is my future . Kindly consider and rectify the issue. First transaction on 26.3.2023. Second one on 28.3.23

This is Dr.Shruthi. I'm trying to apply for INICET exam 2023. During payment, my money has been deducted twice. First transaction on 26.3.23. Second one on 28.3.23. Both the time..aiims billdesk said "Error ! Unable to process your transaction", and Rs.3200 has been deducted twice. Totally 6400rs. Kindly refund the amount as soon as possible. I'm unable to apply for exams because of this .We don't even have much money to pay again. Kindly do the needful and refund the money.
