[Resolved]  Billdesk — Amount debited but electricity bill not paid to wbsedcl electricity

Dear Team,

         Sir, I have paid my wbsedcl electric bill through Google pay. This ammount is 1917.00 rupees. Transaction through this amount has been successful through Google Pay even deducted money from my Paytm payments Bank account.But the money has not reached WBSEDCL Biller yet, so I can't download the receipt copy of my bill.I've been through Google yet once again asking for bill payment

In this case, my request to you is to either make my bill successful or arrange a refund.Because Already 7 working Days is complete.

On 28 sept 2021, made online payment of elect.Bill rs.11730/= thru sbi credit card to pspcl account no.[protected]. Otp submitted. But amount not yet received by pspcl, even billdesk also not confirmed transaction.
Bill due date falls on 30th sept2021, i am worrying. Hence, request to clarify/resolve payment must receive by pspcl before due date.
