Billdesk — amount debited from bank account but not credited to lic india.

On 25.01.2019 i have made a transaction of rs 24, 020.00 to pay my lic annual premium. The money was deducted from my bank account but the billdesk failed to transfer the amount to lic india.
Can you kindly take necessary action to transfer my money to lic? Details below:
