On 25.01.2019 i have made a transaction of rs 24, 020.00 to pay my lic annual premium. The money was deducted from my bank account but the billdesk failed to transfer the amount to lic india.
Can you kindly take necessary action to transfer my money to lic? Details below:

Lic policy number:[protected]
I have attached the payment failed screen shots and also the deduction from bank.
Kindly do the needful and make the payment as soon as possible.
