[Resolved] Billdesk — amount debited from my bank account but recharge not done. | |||
I have recharged my jio number using myjio app and selected google pay as payment method. The payment was successful in gpay but the recharge is not done in myjio app. I didn't received any confirmation from jio. No sign of successful recharge. But the money was debited from my bank account. Please revert the payment. I have contacted my bank and they told they amount was successfully sent from their side and they cannot do anything regarding this. Was this information helpful? | |||
