Dear sir. I transfered amount through billdesk on 3.10.17. Till date they did not received, but amt was debited in my account. I want to know the status and when it will reverse or when it will credited to them. Acknowledgement status was Sorry We could not ascertain the status of your transaction from the payment gateway. Sir I am idea postpaid bill amount in RS.309 paid in 30.09.2017 way in Billdesk but not bill pay amount debited so I am amount RS.309 debited my account please, your service not good so my amount quickly transfer
