Billdesk — amount debited, recharge failed | |||
I tried recharging my jio number [protected] on 15/10/2017 using upi payment option ([protected]@icici). I had selected scan qr code option and payment was successfull using bhim app (Transaction id[protected], but recharge failed. I had mailed billdesk customercare ([protected]@billdesk.com) regarding the issue, but didnt get any response. Please check the issue and refund the amount. Was this information helpful? | |||
