Billdesk — Amount deducted but bill not payed

Transaction ID : HHMP[protected] Transaction Date and Time : 01­10­2016 21:06:56 Transaction Amount : Rs. 307.00 amount deducted from bank HDFC account but bill not payed.nor refunded.it was showing as idea bill desk and only the transaction detais were required which i i given and bill payment receipt got but bill not payed.kindly solve the problem.i have made transactions of my mobon the given date but the payment deducted

No reply and no procedure of refund of money from idea .evan if i submitted all the documents
Hello

as per telephonic conversion i said that my amount deducted twice.i have attached the required documents of bank statement as per your telephonic conversion, please proceed for refund of my payment back as soon as possible
