Billdesk — Amount deducted but not recharge | |||
I made a payment of rs. 99/- through myjio app using paytm option for jio prime membership. Amount has been paid to billdeskutil but my jio no. Didn't got any recharge confimation from jio. I complaint to jio regarding this recharge. Jio service request no. Sr000007pt3m. According to jio representative jio not received the payment. Then i talked to paytm executive. They told me payment at successful at paytm end. And he suggest to talk with billdeskutil. I already mail you but still waitng for your reply. Please request you to solve this problem as soon as possible and refund the money.
