Sir, Myself khakan lal das have made payment of my own lic policies[protected],[protected],[protected] &[protected] with a sum of rs 3122.00 on dated 01.07.2019 through lic online portal with reference no. Bil/onl/[protected]/life insur/lic _qici7706050/licjune19, amount deducted from my account but with some error come at end and payment not done to lic.
