Billdesk — Amount deducted from bank but not credited into TATAPLAY ACCOUNT NO [protected]

I had recharged my Tata Play account no [protected] with Rs 300/- on 30 May 2022 at 8:43 AM through Google Pay UPI id billdeskbqr.[protected]@hdfcbank. The UPI transaction ID is[protected] with Google transaction ID CICAgOD7q5aXJA.

I had done a second recharged on the same Tata Play account no [protected] with Rs 275/- on 30 May 2022 at 4:11 PM through Google Pay UPI id billdeskbqr.[protected]@hdfcbank. The UPI transaction ID is[protected] with Google transaction ID CICAgOD7792pCQ

I received a confirmation for both the amount. But my Tata Play account was not credited. "Payment done but account not credited".

Request you to refund me back the Rs 300 & Rs 275/- which was deducted from my bank account on 30 May 2022 or else credit the total amount into my TataPlay account.
