Billdesk — Amount deducted from bank but not paid to credit card

This is venkataganesh. Ihave paid my credit card bill through bill desk. But it hasnt been received by hdfc. I hav received a confirmation from your side. My due date is today pls do the needful asap. Pls find the details furnished below
