Billdesk — amount deducted from my account but payment status did not confirm. no action has been taken even after one whole month.
I did payment through bill desk for AFCAT (I) 2021 cycle via google pay. The amount was debited from my account but the webpage remained un responsive and the payment status never reflected in the website.
I had to try again and it was only In the second time when I paid using debit card reflection was shown in the website.
The amount debited in the first attempt did not bore any fruit to me and hence it unnecessarily lies with BillDesk.
Kindly refund me my money back that I paid via. google pay at the earliest.
The google pay payment receipt has been attached with the complaint.
Even after a whole month of an earlier complaint on this forum
BillDesk has not yet taken any action from their end to resolve the issue. No effective contact has been established with me yet. I am really serious about the refund, if nothing happens soon, I will definitely raise this issue with the Consumer Court.
