Billdesk — amount deducted from my bank but domino's didn't get payment

Today afternoon 12:40 i ordered dominos pizza cost of 793 though paytm wallet. My amount deducted from my bank but dominos didn’t get payment... I called paytm also they are telling payment showing done.. Please contact the billdesk..
This is my transaction number: #npt[protected]

I don’t need any excuses. I need my refund as per.. That’s it otherwise i ll go through ligal action..
