Billdesk — Amount got debited twice while filling ACIO IB form | |
I have made payment for the IB ACIO with application no MHA[protected] through internet banking from SBI bank of Rs.500 to MHA at 11.56 am with Ref Id: IGAKDFCOB8 and it was not reflected in my application form and my application was showing pending status. Therefore I have again paid the same amount through internet banking at 12.15pm with Ref Id:IGAKDFESH1 which was a success and my application was successfully submitted. It has been 7 days and the amount has not been credited to my account yet. Hence it is requested to refund the amount i.e 500 which was paid twice.

I have made payment for the IB ACIO with application no MHA[protected] through debit card from SBI bank of Rs.600 to MHA on 7th jan and it was not reflected in my application form and my application was showing pending status. Therefore I have again paid the same amount through debit card on same day after few hour which was a success and my application was successfully submitted. It has been 2 days and the amount has not been credited to my account yet. Hence it is requested to refund the amount i.e 600 which was paid twice.
