[Resolved]  Billdesk — Amount is debited-but not credited/services not received /biller account not credited

Hi Team,

yesterday 31st march i have made payment of 17823.32 for RBL credit card and amount got deducted from my SBI savings account but its not credited to RBL credit card account nor i received any message from the bill desk.

Please acknowledge and help me in this regard.

Same has been notified to bill desk support

got the message and email from the bill desk support and also from the RBL bank, my payment was received. Thanks everyone who involved to fix the issue.
