Billdesk — amount is deducted from paytm wallet for jio phone but transaction was not successful.

Dear sir/madam

While booking for jio phone through jio website on 24th august 2017 at 8:00 pm amount i.E rupees 500 got deducted from my paytm wallet but the payment gateway page showed transaction error. Till now i had neither received any transaction confirmation message from jio on my mobile number nor refund of rupees 500. Please solve this issue and refund my money Asap.
