I'm trying to apply for upcoming inicet exam 2023. My money has been deducted twice from my account, 3200rs twice, not yet refunded. First one was made on 26.3.23 . Second transaction on 28.3.23. No refund yet. Kindly look into this issue. Because of this im unable to apply for exams. Pls rectify it.

    I had to pay for my WBCS form twice as it showed failed the first time. The amount were deducted twice. So I should get refund for one payment. Here is my WBCS ID: WBPSC[protected]. I am attaching my receipts in form of screenshots.

                  I am writing this complaint to inform you that my name is Subhalaxmi Dutta. My enrollment number is WBPSC[protected]
                  After filling form of WBCS (EXECUTIVE) 2023. When I tried pay my exam fees rs 211.89, after transaction PSCWB page showed " Sorry! Please Try Again", . So I tried 3 times, And 3 times deducted my money. Total 211.89*3=635.67 Rs. Please Refund my extra Rs.423.78 And updated my form that paid.

                    I've made payment for an application form at WB PSC website. While the payment was made my amount got deducted but it shows session expired and transaction was not received at other end. It has happened twice and both of the time the amount got deducted and the same thing happened.
