Error in Bill Desk

On 30th november 2020 i pay Rs 500 for electric bill and debited from my account but the payment status is showing error in bill desk. So i request to refund the amount...

I tried to make a payment for PO notification through PhonePe app in IBPS. The payment shows successful in app but when redirected to payment form, it shows as failure. Kindly check and do the needful ASAP

BillDesk customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Either i dont see the amount is credited back to my account or the payment status is success in the website of ibps. I dont know what kind of action is taken. If the proper server maintenance is not done, then why that particular application is shown in the payment method

    I have paid dost application fee twice(400+400) through upi(phone pe, gpay), money deducted but it shows payment failed ..try again. later i paid using T wallet and this way payment shows successful. how can i get refund of my amount(400+400)?

                Hi Team,

                I have paid the amount of 300rs. For sbi apprentince form. I have paid this amount through google pay and amount debited from my account. But on ibilldesk end it is showing failed. Please refund my amount. I can share further details like transaction no., account upi etc. If needed. But please do resolve this issue.

                  Regarding sbi po payment issue

                  For sbi PO exam 2020. i paid the fee via PHONE PE. Cash transfered from my account to IBPS BILLDESK on 27/11/2020. But In IBPS application website shows like "your previous transection failed".Still now i did get any updated status from either bank balance or sbi po 2020 exam webpage. After that i made another payment that worked fine and got successful message.

                      Hello,

                      I did 2 transactions through BillDesk sites for MahanagarGas and TataPower Mumbai. In both these cases amount was debited from my ICICI account but BillDesk site showed message we cannot process transaction at this time.

                      Kindly refund me my amount or post credit to TataPower & Mahanagar Gas.

                                  My amount is debited in my indian bank account but the transaction is failed and it is not transacted to SBI credit card account.

                                    Tried to book safari permit today on mp online after payment money debited and transaction failed and it showed " sorry we are unable to process your transaction". Such a poor website with poor server everytime payment gets stuck.Make my money refund.
