      I have done payment through billdesk to one of the merchants money was debited from.my account but the merchant hasn't received the amount(3500). Could you please check on this.

            Today I have done the electricity bill payment through g-pay upi via BillDesk payment. Unfortunately payment timing is end & payment was done. But in electricity bill site showing payment was not done.

            Please refer the below payment deduction message.

            Rs 1340.00 debited from xxx-xxx a/c on 07-11-20 to VPA bd.[protected]@icici(UPI Ref No[protected].

            Please help to done this payment ASAP otherwise please refund the amount.

                This is regarding the unsettled transaction against the monthly electricity consumption bill for CESC for the month of August through BillDesk (consumer no. [protected]). The bill amount (Rs. 1670.00) was paid online through UPI based method (transaction ID:[protected]; Gateway: BillDesk; recipient UPI ID: billdeskpg.[protected]@icici) from the CESC website on 19.20.2020 at 9:18 AM. The transaction is showing successful (screenshot attached) and the amount was debited from our account and successfully credited to the recipient's account; however, the payment status is still showing unpaid on the website and no receipt has also been generated against the transaction. Upon contacting CESC, they replied that "the mentioned payment has not been received by us till date" and requested us to check with BillDesk for further details/ refund of the transacted amount. Billdesk is not responding to the email communication.

                  On 5/11/2020, I was paying my SBI credit card payment of 942 rs. through UPI mode. the amount has been deducted from my account but the transection failure/unsuccessful message received at my mail from bill desk. UPI Transection number: [protected]

                  following payment was declined while processing through BillDesk.

                    Using bhim QR scan I paid 850 rupees on 5/11/20 at 11:29pm to billdesk for ibps payment. Payment had deducted from my bank but not received by IBPS. So please refund my money as soon as possible.

                            The transaction processed and the amount deducted from my hdfc account but the credit card bill was not paid. Plz look into the issue as already due date has crossed. (I have given above transaction details and reference no. From my hdfc bank account, also find attached acknowledgment by hdfc by mail and sms for your reference and record)

                                      On 24th October 2020 i was doing Online self reporting on DOST website https://dost.cgg.gov.in/ I tried to pay amount of Rs 1000/- for confirming seat. I made a payment thru G-Pay UPI by scanning your QR code but payment got failed and amount of rs 1000 got debited from my Bank Account. I Thought i will be getting my money back without any making complaint but there is no word from you people. I tried to call on your costumer support number of Hyderabad[protected] but no one is picking my call.

                                      I am attaching the SS of payment that got deducted and providing my personal mobile number if you want any more information please feel free to call me.

                                      Please look into the matter and refund my money as early as possible as its more than 10 days now.

                                      its been more than 15 days. There's no response from billdesk nor received any money back.

                                      Please look into the matter.
                                      Go to your bank or call customer care and file charge back form. Your money will be credited within 20 days.
