    I have paid of 33, 000 towards EAMCET(TSCHE) tuition fee on 27-Oct-20 around 7 PM thru bill desk. Transaction was not successful. Refund is not yet issued till 1-Nov-20. Can you please do the refund. I mailed [protected]@billdesk.com but haven't received any response. Attached a statement reference from Bank. Account number ends with 5345. If more details are needed, please let me know thru reply to email I sent.

                        On 28 october at afternoon between 1 p. M. To 2 p. M.                                   I wanted to pay electricity bill (DAMOH, MADHYA PRADESH) amounting Rs. 2007 through bill desk payment gateway. I opted UPI for transaction. My UPI Id is [protected]@apl (Amazon Pay)🙏 . When I perform the transaction amazon pay is showing succesful transaction and money got debited from my account. But the billdesk payment gateway shows error message and the electricity bill not got paid.
