Plz refund money back to my wallet...

I had made a UPI payment to emitra.billdesk@hdfcbank using of INR 510/-. The amount has been deducted from the bank but does not receive by the third party.

I paid fee for DOST website (Telangana ) through billdesk, money got deducted by bill desk but the final payment came as failure....

I was paid through my net banking of HDFC Bank online for sbi credit card ending 0793 Rs. 25000.00 16.10.2020 via Transaction ID VHDF[protected], Transaction Status show Pending . But the agonising fact is that Sir, the transaction was not paid to and the credit card amount of Rs. 25000.00 has been debited from my bank account. Please look into the matter and do needful at an earliest. Thanking you.

My transaction failed for dost but money debited...

Hi, I have paid the dost seat allotment payment of 1000rs . Transaction was failed but amount got deducted from my bank. Can some one help on this...

Today i made payment of my AVVNL electricity bill & payment deducted from my account but the payment gateway not redirected to AVVNL website & showed a error. My AVVNL K.NO. is[protected] and i made payment of 140607/- through my INDUSIND bank.
Please deposit the amount in department. the last date is very near....

INR 50000 debited from my bank account to billdesk@hdfcbank UPI but not credited to Merchant. I did transactions to upi address billdesk@hdfcbank 50000 INR around 4:04 pm IST 16th OCT UPI transaction id[protected] debited from my bank account and not credited to third paty marchant. Also not refunded back to my bank account either. Tried emailing [protected]@billdesk.com but no response for my emails. please help to resolve. attaching my google...

I have registered in a website DOST https://dost.cgg.gov.in/ for student registration and done a payment amount is to Rs.1000/- and the transaction is failed. After that i had retried but again tha amount Rs.1000/- is debited for the second time. At last i have paid for the third time and successed.
MY ISSUE IS: my amount was debited for twice and failed transaction. I am requesting you sir to verify my transaction...

I have done an online transaction (INTERNET BANKING) for Rs. 2093 for payment of property tax, (Vizianagaram Municipal Corporation, Vizianagaram Dist., Andhra Pradesh) on date:11/09/2020 and time: 12:09:55 pm.

The above said amount was deducted from my account, by was never received at the receiver's end. when I contacted the bank (Canara Bank) they lodged complaint and issued a letter stating that it was a PAYMENT GATEWAY...

I, TARAKESWAR BERA would like to inform you that, on 13.10.2020 ( Tuesday) I have paid my electricity bill to CESC through SBI INTERNET BANKING. The billed amount ( total Rs. 2160/=) has been debited from my bank account but the status of payment is showing "PENDING" in the Transaction Summary [Payment ID-SSBI[protected]] .
Now neither the debited amount has not yet been refunded to my bank account nor it has been...

I have initiated a Government PD Challan through CFMS (https://cfms.ap.gov.in/) website for an amount of INR 94900/- on 13.10.2020 through bill desk from the internet banking details of our volunteer A Chaitanya Chari (Customer to Andhra bank )

The transaction amount of INR 94900/- was supposed to be deposited into...

I paid my Electricity bill of AVVNL having K.NO.[protected] by Bill desk through SBI internet banking. The payment was done but the website didn't redirected to AVVNL site showing service error. And later i checked but the bill was not deposited. The SBI reference no. is CHE6787528 and BILL_AJVINLT_REF is VSBI[protected] of amount 10824. Please resolve it fast....
