DOST Registration amount debited but shows transaction failed

Address: Hyderabad

I have paid the registration amount of Rs. 400/- (twice i.e. 800/-) towards DOST registration fee of my younger brother. His DOST ID is : TI[protected]. Amount was deducted twice from my account but it shows transaction failed twice. Please find the UPI transaction details (payment receipt) attached . And process the refund asap.

    I have initiated a Government PD Challan through CFMS (https://cfms.ap.gov.in/) website for an amount of INR 94900/- on 13.10.2020 through bill desk from the internet banking details of our volunteer A Chaitanya Chari (Customer to Andhra bank )

    Customer details are as follows
    Customer Name : Achaitanya chari
    Customer ID : 43077034
    The transaction amount of INR 94900/- was supposed to be deposited into the Gram panchayat Account.

    Gram panchayat Account Details:
    Treasury: Chittoor
    Sub Treasury Office : Punganur
    DDO code of Gram panchayat :[protected]
    Gram Panchayat Account No : [protected]
    Branch : SBI Punganur ( IFSC : SBIN0040003)

    The amount is debited from the savings account of A Chaitanyachari but the amount is not credited in the Gram panchayat office.
    Upon verification we found that the amount is Credited to
    Indiaideas.com Mumbai

    Please find the reference id generated by billdesk

    IB/BILLDESK/SADB[protected]/APFIND

    After transaction, the reply from the payment gateway was showing blanks without any transaction details and the beneficiary has not credited with amount ..

    Therefore I kindly request you to revert the transaction refund the amount .

      I paid my Electricity bill of AVVNL having K.NO.[protected] by Bill desk through SBI internet banking. The payment was done but the website didn't redirected to AVVNL site showing service error. And later i checked but the bill was not deposited. The SBI reference no. is CHE6787528 and BILL_AJVINLT_REF is VSBI[protected] of amount 10824. Please resolve it fast.

              I have done one payment of Rs. 5090 on 29th June 2020 against BSES rajdhani electricity board. Money has been deducted but not refunded in my account But after lots of mails and reminder, I didn't recieve the money in my account.

              So request you to please support and resolve this issue on priority basis.

                          Respected Sir, I was paid through my net banking of SBI online for Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan Rs. 1800.00 and Tatasky Rs. 239.00 on 12.10.2020 and 14.10.2020 respectively. But the agonising fact is that Sir, the transaction was not paid to and the amount of Rs. 1800.00 and Rs. 239.00 has been debited from my bank account. As I finished the transaction the money was debited from my account and the website did not get redirected to the reciept page of BSES.                                   With reference to the above transaction 2000/- has been deducted from my account but the amount was not shown make payment of AIIM's application form due to that the payment was made through debit card and application process is completed .
