Respected sir,
I have registered in a website DOST https://dost.cgg.gov.in/ for student registration and done a payment amount is to Rs.1000/- and the transaction is failed. After that i had retried but again tha amount Rs.1000/- is debited for the second time. At last i have paid for the third time and successed.
MY ISSUE IS: my amount was debited for twice and failed transaction. I am requesting you sir to verify my transaction and claim my amount which is debited for twice.

    I had paid 1000/- for the confirmation of the seat for my sister who's id(TI[protected]) and the money has been debited from the bank account but the payment is failed on website.I had pay twice for the confirmation of seat.so, please refund my money back to same account.

    I have done second payment through debit card of my uncle.If the proof of second payment is required then please inform me.
    It's been six days and i haven't got any response from your side.Please try to refund my back as soon as possible.

        I have done an online transaction (INTERNET BANKING) for Rs. 2093 for payment of property tax, (Vizianagaram Municipal Corporation, Vizianagaram Dist., Andhra Pradesh) on date:11/09/2020 and time: 12:09:55 pm.

        The above said amount was deducted from my account, by was never received at the receiver's end. when I contacted the bank (Canara Bank) they lodged complaint and issued a letter stating that it was a PAYMENT GATEWAY FAILURE TRANSACTION.

        The TXN detail is APFIND-BILLDSK-SCNB[protected]-CLIENTCOD

        So, kindly look into the issue seriously and refund my amount at the earliest.

        I'm also attaching the transaction copy including the statement issued by the bank regarding the issue.

          Sir/Madam,
          I, TARAKESWAR BERA would like to inform you that, on 13.10.2020 ( Tuesday) I have paid my electricity bill to CESC through SBI INTERNET BANKING. The billed amount ( total Rs. 2160/=) has been debited from my bank account but the status of payment is showing "PENDING" in the Transaction Summary [Payment ID-SSBI[protected]] .
          Now neither the debited amount has not yet been refunded to my bank account nor it has been paid to CESC .
          Please take the necessary steps either to adjust the debited amount to my electricity bill or to refund the debited amount to my bank account immediately.

              DOST Registration amount debited but shows transaction failed

              I have paid the registration amount of Rs. 400/- (twice i.e. 800/-) towards DOST registration fee of my younger brother. His DOST ID is : TI[protected]. Amount was deducted twice from my account but it shows transaction failed twice. Please find the UPI transaction details (payment receipt) attached . And process the refund asap.

                I have initiated a Government PD Challan through CFMS (https://cfms.ap.gov.in/) website for an amount of INR 94900/- on 13.10.2020 through bill desk from the internet banking details of our volunteer A Chaitanya Chari (Customer to Andhra bank )

                Customer details are as follows

                The transaction amount of INR 94900/- was supposed to be deposited into the Gram panchayat Account.

                The amount is debited from the savings account of A Chaitanyachari but the amount is not credited in the Gram panchayat office.

                After transaction, the reply from the payment gateway was showing blanks without any transaction details and the beneficiary has not credited with amount ..

                Therefore I kindly request you to revert the transaction refund the amount .

                  I paid my Electricity bill of AVVNL having K.NO.[protected] by Bill desk through SBI internet banking. The payment was done but the website didn't redirected to AVVNL site showing service error. And later i checked but the bill was not deposited. The SBI reference no. is CHE6787528 and BILL_AJVINLT_REF is VSBI[protected] of amount 10824. Please resolve it fast.

                          I have done one payment of Rs. 5090 on 29th June 2020 against BSES rajdhani electricity board. Money has been deducted but not refunded in my account But after lots of mails and reminder, I didn't recieve the money in my account.

                          So request you to please support and resolve this issue on priority basis.

                                      Respected Sir, I was paid through my net banking of SBI online for Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan Rs. 1800.00 and Tatasky Rs. 239.00 on 12.10.2020 and 14.10.2020 respectively. But the agonising fact is that Sir, the transaction was not paid to and the amount of Rs. 1800.00 and Rs. 239.00 has been debited from my bank account.
