Made a Mobile Recharge of Rs.1999.00 from BSNL portal through BillDesk Payment Gateway, Where the money got debited from my bank but transaction did not completed. I have done my Payment through Debit Card of IOB bank. I have already spoken to BSNL people, they said they haven't received the payment. So,...

I have paid the electricity bill of rs. 1690 through Bill Desk (Credit card) on 02 nd october 2020.
Amount deducted from my account but Payment not done against BSES delhi. Please look into the matter and take necessary actions....

Hi team,
I made an online contribution of 20000 to National Pension Scheme(NPS) on 1-0ct-2020 by using bill desk although money has been debited form my icici account but after making payment I got error screen although money has been debited form my account. Now it is more than 3 day but still i have not received my money back into my account. Please look into this ASAP.

Tatasky payment not reflected in account even money is debited from account.please do refund....

My electricity bill is getting auto pay from the credit card.
I want to delete this from my billers option from the bill desk site but the option is not reflected.
also, I have de-registered auto pay from cards option.
I tried to contact on given contact numbers but the numbers are not valid.
I did mail but no satisfying option provided.
I logged in to net banking and went to my billers but it's empty.br...

I recharged an amount of INR 487 today to billdesk .. but the payment was neither reflected in my tatasky account balance nor refunded to my bank account though it was successfully debited from my bank account through Google pay.. I want my money refunded back to my bank account or as my tata sky balance asap .. I want to be informed actually whom this money was sent to as the money payment was neither deposited in my tatasky though a successful...

The amount has been debited from my account and google pay transaction status also shows as successful, but the bill desk page says payment failed. I've wrote to [protected]@billdesk.com and trying to reach customer care but there is no hecking clue from them......

Payment of rs.1000/- for dost college seat confirmation via billdesk payment failed but amount has been deducted from my account and i tried calling customer care since two days but no response....

When I will get my money back transaction failed but I did not got my money back I did transaction through phonepe to billdeskhdfc bank my 1000 rupees didnot got...

I've tried doing my indus ind credit card payment through online. Transaction failed but amount deducted from my account....

I have completed the payment of my cat examination fee with my paytm wallet and the amount of rs. 2041.39 have been deducted from my paytm account showing that the payment was successful (Which you can also see in the screenshot attached) but on login to my cat account my payment is stilled marked as unpaid (Failed).
Please do something asap....

I was trying to pay pcmc property tax 44096/-.
Amount is deducted from my account but did not reflected. It display error as 'sorry we have not received your payment. Please click on below link after your payment is done.'. I clicked multiple times of that link but no use....

Sir/mam, i made my cat 2020 registration fees through bhim upi app, the amount was deducted from account but on the website it shows payment failed. So kindly look into the matter....
