    Rs.148 paid by me on 12th, may, 2020 to the charotar gas sahakari mandali ltd, vithal udhuognagar by using debit card of bank of baroda, amul dairy rd, anand via billdesk gateway. The upi ref. No.[protected] as per text msg received from bank. The amount is deducted from my account but not deposited to the biller. I had registerred a complaint to the bank, its redresal shown hat it was upi related problem. I had tried several times to register a complaint to billdesk portal, but it dpes not allow me to complete.
    Kind request to resolve issue.
    BillDesk customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    No reply 7 days. very poor service.

      Sir, i had recharged the amount 300 rs to tatasky. [protected]@hdfcbank for dth monthly pack date 06/07/2020 at 12:47 am transaction id - cicagkdpp6e1, but the tatasky dth provider reports that they didn't received the amount. Please verify as soon as possible. Still not credit in my tatasky a/c or please refund my money. Thank you.

                For electricity bill payment through PSPCL Billdesk UPI payment, I have paid electricity bill 4090/- on 03june2020 but bill was still shown unpaid and amount got deducted from my account.
                Please look into it, if this payment cannot be processed please facilitate the refund, attachment is the transaction details from my account.

                      I was trying to open axis asap account and made a deposit of 15000rs through billdesk upi and then the payment was deducted from my source and nothing happened i got no confirmation from axis bank about receiving the payment and the payment page was stuck . Now my money is stuck in billdesk and they are not even replying my emails

                              Sir on 5th april 2018 while applying for aprjc, application fee of rs.250 has been deducted from my debit card but the transaction got failed. I paid rs.250 once again then the transaction was failed again
                              I have gone through the refund policy of bill desk for failed transactions i. E, will be credited automatically within 3-5 days. But 9 days completed still i haven't received my refund for the failed transaction
                              So please refund the amount deducted for failed transaction... Thank you!

                                    I have written an email to billdesk support but they have not reverted yet.

                                    I have made a payment of ₹10191 to jvvnl (Bijlimitra) through internet banking but billdesk showed a jsp error and transaction was stuck but the transaction was successful at the bank side, and the amount deducted from my account. However i got a jsp error https://www.billdesk.com/pgidsk/pgijsp/error1.jsp and the transaction was stuck in and jvvnl didn't received the payment.

                                      I want to draw your attention over the issue that my credit card payment has not been the transferred to the final reciever as the amount which i paid stuck on billdesk. I am customer of sbicard from last 10 years and in the last 10 year i didn't missed any payment or delayed in paying any payment. This time i just changed my nickname in my internet banking from 62734 to dalip mahajan which is my real name and due to that reason my past two payments did not received by the biller i. E sbicard and i don't know why as i rechecked the credentials and all of the are correct and in my internet banking payment is pending with the billdesk and deducted from my account both the times. I am sending screenshot of transaction id of both the payment and kindly look into to matter as it is affecting my cibil score and still the biller didn't received the payment and moreover take action as soon as possible. It is affecting my monthly budget. Hope to hear from you soon kindly have a look at the following transactions

                                      Tid: ub04310831 of rs 23, 000 debited from my internet banking (Sbi) on 30th may 2020 but not credited in my statement because my nickname is dalip

                                      Tid: ub04366225 of rs 55, 500 debited from my internet banking (Sbi) on 26th june 2020 but not credited in my statement because my nickname is dalip

                                      But

                                      Tid: ub04366267 of rs 10 debited from my internet banking (Sbi) on 26th june 2020 and credited in my statement because my nickname is 62734.

                                      Kindly reconcile the transactions
