I have done payment through billdesk gateway to may hdfc credit card account on 30.05.2020 but the amount not credited in my credit card till date. I have emailed my query/ complaint to [protected]@billdesk.com but they did not reply yet

    I had processed Ample Technologies payment
    Of rupees 19, 480 my from icici online account.

    Amount is debited from my account but transaction status shows error.
    Please help me resolve the isssue. Below provided is the transaction details

                        The issue has not yet been resolved, Pl. do the needful ASAP .The payment was not received by Jiomart and it was showing that the payment has been successful .

                          I had place the order with jiomart.com on 25th may 2020 vide order number[protected]w. The order was supposed to be delivered on 27th may 2020, but no order received nor any response or call for jiomart received. The payment was made through billdeskfood1 under order id spt[protected]. I have not received my money back nor service is received.

                          Kindly look into this matter. Is it the fraudster chain set?

                            I have also attached screen shot of the payment successful status.
                            Therefore i request you to kindly resolve at earliest. If this transaction has not been updated than a finance charges will be debited on the statement.
