I made a transaction on 03/03/2020 of rupees 500, using google pay,

The amount has been deducted from my account almost 24 hours ago, with the transaction still pending

If possible, please cancel the transaction and return the amount to my account

Please do something as soon as possible

    I booked my ticket through ksrtc website n while payment i used paytm wallet
    My amt deducted from paytm wallet but i didn't got any confirmation for my ticket
    I want refund for deducted amt
    Amt 1752
    I didn't got any confirmation message n my ticket was also not booked
    I missed my bus also because of this issue so plz refund the amt n do needful

      I am a student of s. R. K. R engineering college. I payed rs.1000 for revaluation through bill desk by qr using google pay. After the amount is debited and there is no confirmation message i lost my rs.1000. There are no information about transactions and the transaction blog in my college website is showing me that there are no transactions that i have done. Please help me in this matter.

      In my account 1000 rs debited but not processed to 10cric please deposit my 1000 rs to 10cric immediately from my account 1000 rs debited by you but still you are not process of amount to 10cric

        I tried ordering from kfc app and chose my airtel money wallet as the option to make the payment of rs. 613 twice, on 14th feb 2020. The payment was made successfully to the billdesk but kfc did not confirm the order nor the amount of rs. 613 has been refunded to me till date.
        Please fix the issue asap, refund the amount

            I made a payment today for rs 500 through billdesk gateway using my google pay upi.. Everything was fine.. The payment was done from google pay.. Amount was debited.. But suddenly billdesk loading page. L quoted that an unknown error had occured an payment was failed... The amount did not reach the merchant...

            The problem was from billdesk end.. And i want mh money back asa.. Plz help

            I have transacted 531 rs for bus ticket booking through paytm.
            From paytm account deduction done at billdeskutil but no response from kstrc bus service finally called customer to know status from there end con firmly know that no ticket not reserved.

            Please look into it asap.

                Dear sir/mam

                I am nirmal from vadodara.

                I made a payment of 4646rs property tax to the vadodara municipal corporation on 21st october 2020 using upi.

                My bank account was debited with same amount and payment was successful from my side.

                But vmss said that they have not received any payment and issue me underpayment notice.

                And they also told me that my transaction was refunded by bill desk.

                I check my bank account till date all transaction, but i found that no refund is credited in my bank account.

                As discussed with the vmss i contact payment getaway bill desk.

                I sent email to the bill desk and discuss my issue.
                After that i received email from bill desk that my transaction was initiated for refund and it will be credited in my account in few days.

                I wait a lot for that but every time they promise that my refund will be credited in short time.

                I have check with my bank account and they have confirm that the banificiary has received the amount and it was successful.

                I have attached all related documents:

                Email conversation with the bill desk.
                All photo copies of transactions.
                Bank statement to date
                Transaction details and number screen short.

                Please help me to get my refund as soon as possible.

                I have suffer a lot.

                  Then i again paid rs.800 through same upi [protected]@okicici then both the amount are debited from my account i dont know what to do plz take action on it and send my refund of rs.800.

                      I had booked a bus ticket in ksrtc online and made the payment via billdesk though paytm. The money got deducted from patm but ticket is not generated in ksrtc app. While checking the kstrc online its show transaction failed. I had not recieved refund in paytm back.

                        On 17thfeb 2020, i have made a transaction of rs 10012.52 to pay my national pension system trust contribution through enps portal. The money got deducted from my bank account but the bill desk showed error.

                        Please do needful and help me to transfer amount to enps or refund back to my account.

                              I'm adarsh vikhe, today while filling mah cet form the payment was not reflected on screen but the amount was debited. I made transaction through google pay.
                              So i had to do it again and then it was reflected transaction successful on screen. Now my first payment of 800rs is remaining to credit me again. Please look into the matter. The screenshots and photographs of the same are shared below.

                              If the bill desk declined means how long it will take for refund and the amount is credited to hdfc credit bank means

                                While registering for nptel exam after entering otp for payment it showed transaction failed because of timeout. So payment failed but money deducted from bank. On the course page its showing payment_ongoing. Can you please inform me what happened, did my payment successful or not because still i didn't get a conformation message about it.                                       Payment was made on dt. 14.02.2020 at 7.00pm on school fees jan-mar 2020 through sb collect. After payment the amount was deducted from my personal bank account but no payment receipt or certificate because of error shown on the screen of my pc the amount was rs 10817.70.
