While registering for nptel exam after entering otp for payment it showed a blank page with page error. So payment failed but money deducted from bank. On the course page its showing payment_ongoing. Can you please help me to what happend, did my payment successful or not because still i didn't get a conformation message about it. Will it be refunded??

While registering for nptel exam the payment was successful through gpay but in the webpage it appeared to be failed So payment failed but money deducted from bank. But later the payment was repaid from another account .Can you please help me to what happened Will it be refunded?the amount that was deducted earlier but failed as per the website

The repaid amount from another account was the examination fee that was paid to the nptel
I have paid rupees 2000 for nptel organizational behaviour courses.. It is showing payment failed but my money has deducted.. I want my money back to redo the payment. Please help me with this and when do I get refund?
I have paid for nptl registration and it's showing payment failed in the nptl form but in the Google pay its showing the transaction was successful

    I paid nptel payment, money deducted and code error appeared,
    how i take back money, is the transactin succeess or not.
    I GOT MESSEAGE FROM SBI SUCCESS TRANSACTION BUT NPTEL DIDNT SEND ANY SUCCESS MESSAGE. MARCH 15 DEADLINE FOR PAYMENT.
    IS THERE ANY WAY TO COMPLETE THE FAILURE TRNSACTION, IF THERE PLEASE HELP ME FOR GETTING BACK MY MONEY AND FINDING STATUS FROM NPTEL,

    til now i ddint get any success message from nptel
    Same Here... I paid the NPTEL exam fees yesterday, the amount is deducted, got "Transaction Successful" message from SBI and while redirecting the page to NPTEL, error code - 401 occured and I didn't get response from nptel.
    Also I have performed the action twice.
    Is there any way to get to know whether the transaction at the NPTEl side is successful or if not how will I get my money back???
    Till i didnt get any message ..from nptel. The money deducted but payment succesfull message not came

      We have initiated a payment of rs 515396.80 today 9th march 2020 for payment of fees of maharashtra real estate regulatory authority (Mahaonline) using your gateway.

      The payment was made from idbi corporate banking and the reference id is[protected].

      However the payment is not credited to the beneficiary account yet request you to please settle the account at the earliest under intimation to us.

      Please do the needful at the earliest.

          Paid my hsbc credit card bill payment using bill desk.
          While using payment method i selected upi as my payment method
          I paid my bill using google pay amount rs 51451
          Waited for transaction success status from bill desk but no response from bill desk and amount is deducted from my bank account.

            Sir maine billdesk ko 1500 rs ka payment kiya amazon pay se bed ke form ke liye.. Amazon pay se paisa successful payment ho gya but billdesk ka status payment fail dikha rha hai..               I have booked a bharat gas cylinder through website on 06.03.2020. While making online payment the amount rs 782/- was deducted from my account but it was not credited to bharat gas. The status was shown as transaction failed. However the cylinder was delivered on 07.03.2020 with cash memo and the cash payment was made to the delivery boy.
              It is requested to look into the matter and refund the amount at the earliest.

              I payed my credit bill through billdesk.billdesk has requested money through phonepe.i payed through the app.but still there is no response from the merchant.please refund my money.unless transfer the money to my credit card.4716 has been paid to billdesk.its too bad .
              I was recharge ruppees 450 and money debited my account, but recharge not complete and money not refunded.

                I have paid credit card bill pay of rbl credit card transactions unsuccessful but amount deducted from my account. But not reversed yet. My ref no is[protected]. Above ref no of transaction of not successful done but amount debited from my account plz do the reverse as soon as possible. The transaction amount is 12563.24 this is the amount of transaction plz reverse as soon as possible

                    bharatgas upi money deducted, but payment status pending.

                    I booked a gas, made the payment through billdesk upi, i got sms from my bank that the transaction was successful but on billdesk i got that the payment failed. Inside the ebharatgas app the payment status is still pending. There is no payment confirmation from bharatgas app.
                    I have attached the screen shots from bhim upi transaction and bharatgas booking status which includes all the details required....

                    I have paid my credit card dues of rs 25, 000 on 27 feb 2020, but the payment is yet to be received by hsbc, till date. I have also checked my bank account from which i have paid, there has not been any payment reversal or rejection.

                    My bill desk reference id is rscb[protected]. I am also sending the receipt as an attachment.

                    Please can you look into this urgently, as this will impact my credit history.

                      The amount has been deducted from my account almost 24 hours ago, with the transaction still pending

                      If possible, please cancel the transaction and return the amount to my account

                          I am a student of s. R. K. R engineering college. I payed rs.1000 for revaluation through bill desk by qr using google pay. After the amount is debited and there is no confirmation message i lost my rs.1000. There are no information about transactions and the transaction blog in my college website is showing me that there are no transactions that i have done. Please help me in this matter.

                          In my account 1000 rs debited but not processed to 10cric please deposit my 1000 rs to 10cric immediately from my account 1000 rs debited by you but still you are not process of amount to 10cric

                            I tried ordering from kfc app and chose my airtel money wallet as the option to make the payment of rs. 613 twice, on 14th feb 2020. The payment was made successfully to the billdesk but kfc did not confirm the order nor the amount of rs. 613 has been refunded to me till date.

                                I made a payment today for rs 500 through billdesk gateway using my google pay upi.. Everything was fine.. The payment was done from google pay.. Amount was debited.. But suddenly billdesk loading page. L quoted that an unknown error had occured an payment was failed... The amount did not reach the merchant...

                                The problem was from billdesk end.. And i want mh money back asa.. Plz help

                                I have transacted 531 rs for bus ticket booking through paytm.
                                From paytm account deduction done at billdeskutil but no response from kstrc bus service finally called customer to know status from there end con firmly know that no ticket not reserved.

                                Please look into it asap.

                                    Dear sir/mam

                                    I am nirmal from vadodara.

                                    I made a payment of 4646rs property tax to the vadodara municipal corporation on 21st october 2020 using upi.

                                    My bank account was debited with same amount and payment was successful from my side.

                                    But vmss said that they have not received any payment and issue me underpayment notice.

                                    And they also told me that my transaction was refunded by bill desk.

                                    I check my bank account till date all transaction, but i found that no refund is credited in my bank account.

                                    As discussed with the vmss i contact payment getaway bill desk.

                                    I sent email to the bill desk and discuss my issue.
                                    After that i received email from bill desk that my transaction was initiated for refund and it will be credited in my account in few days.

                                    I wait a lot for that but every time they promise that my refund will be credited in short time.

                                    I have check with my bank account and they have confirm that the banificiary has received the amount and it was successful.

                                    I have attached all related documents:

                                    Email conversation with the bill desk.
                                    All photo copies of transactions.
                                    Bank statement to date
                                    Transaction details and number screen short.

                                    Please help me to get my refund as soon as possible.

                                    I have suffer a lot.
