I have made transaction for jungle safari nagzira on 07-12-19 at 12-52-58 vide mahaonline-billdsk rcnb [protected]- clientc. The money has been debited to my account but receipt of any information has not been received. Kindly look into the matter. No receipt has been forwarded to me from mahaecotourism and i am not able to visit nagzira for jungle safari on 08-12-19.
BillDesk customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have done a payment of Rs 286010.27 to ICICI on 10th Dec 2019. The payment is not forwarded to ICICI and do not know the satus of the transaction. Please let me know the status of the transaction.

      Hi i did recharge to jio using google pay on 5th december my money got deducted from bank but my recharge was not successful i have waited for 2 days still no response from google pay and hdfc i enquired jio they said they did not receive any money

        I booked a bus ticket at ksrtc website using billdesk as payment gateway. My money got deducted from paytm account but ticket not booked. Paytm is showing the payment as successful but the ticket has not been booked at ksrtc website. I initiated a request at paytm to refund my money. They are asking billdesk to share service request number. Please see in the matter and do the needful as soon as possible.

          Hi there.,

          I was trying to pay lic bill through paynet on 6th dec 19. Paid rs.30, 965.40/- through my icici account. Amount was deducted from bank but the system has shown failure status of trasaction. Please process the payment and credit the payment to lic or refund the same amounts to my icici account.
          Please find the attachment for more details.
          Appreciate if you could help to resolved the issue asap since my payment due date already expired.

            I have recharged my jio number using myjio app and selected google pay as payment method. The payment was successful in gpay but the recharge is not done in myjio app. I didn't received any confirmation from jio. No sign of successful recharge. But the money was debited from my bank account. Please revert the payment. I have contacted my bank and they told they amount was successfully sent from their side and they cannot do anything regarding this.

              rbl credit card amount deducted through billdesk payment but not credited

              My name is sanjay pimple, i have paid rs rs.56, 261.32/- towards my rbl credit card using bill desk on 04 dec 2019 transaction details — (04 dec 2019, narration — rhdf[protected]-billdkratnakarbankli, ref. No. [protected] of rs. 56, 261.32), the transaction processed and the amount deducted from my hdfc account but the credit card bill was not paid.               billdesk rbl bank credit card payment failed and not affected in account

              Hi

              My name is sandeep kumar, i paid rs 50000/- towards my rbl credit card using bill desk, the transaction processed and amount deducted from my account but credit card bill was not paid. Plz look into the issue resolve it as soon as possible bcoz today is the last day to pay my bill.

              I have done rbl credit card bill payment on 2nd december 2019. Process completed successfully by billdesk. But i did not get confirmation from rbl for payment recieve. Kindly
              Process it as soon as possible. It was last day for payment so there no problem from my side and i will not be paying any penalties. Resolve this as soon as possible. Give confirmation messge.

                On 30/11/19 around 12.45 am i tried to pay electric bill on wbsedcl through united bank of india internet banking. An amount of rupees 1140.36 is debited from my account but not credited to wbsedcl. Gateway of this transaction was billdesk. Kindly check the matter and respond me as soon as possible. I check my status on wbsedcl site and it's a failed transaction.

                      With reference to the transaction reference no. Sc[protected] (Wbsedcl electric bill payment) dated 25th nov 2019 on time 10:2:28 am through ‘bharat bill pay’ of ‘billdesk’; i have received payment failure statement.

                      Debit reference no. [protected] confirmed by my card issuing bank.

                      As advised by billdesk vide billdesk's mail dated 27 nov 2019, i have communicated with my credit card issuing bank.

                      My bank informed me that, they have received a valid debit advice for the above transaction and the same was debited from my card ending 2847 vide acquirer reference number 05121219329200020016266.

                      Therefore my request you to follow-up with your member bank by providing the acquirer reference number (Arn) for their reference & solve the issue as soon as possible.

                          I made online bill payment through billdesk of amount of rs.24, 020.00, which has been debited on november 26, 2019 successfully from icici saving account number xxxxx9457;payment id:[protected]; consumer code:lic_rici[protected]; bill reference :rici[protected], but not credited to the beneficiary a/c.
                          After online payment, instant message received from icici as 'payment successful', but immediately after that some error message popped up from payment gateway (Screenshot attached) and online generation of receipt failed.

                            This is regarding bus ticket booking on msrtc.
                            Kindly note that i initiated to ticket booking on msrtc but booking couldnt happen & money got debited. I am seeking for my refund at an early date.

                                I made the hdfc credit card payment of 31500 on 5th november 2019. I made the payment via sbi netbanking.
                                The card number is 5589 * * 5225.

                                The payment was successful at the time.
                                The i got the message on 6th nov that paynent for hdfc credit ending 5225 returned.

                                I have not got the payment back to my bank account nor got credited to credit card

                                I have done a electricity bill payment from Apspdcl through bill desk using google pay. Altgough the transition is success but bill payment was not success. And i dont have an option to communicate with customer care regarding this.

                                  There was no third party service used.
                                  Amount get deducted from bank but its not get credited to pgvcl merchant

                                  I have made inquiry to both bank and pgvcl with valid proofs and bank slip.
                                  - bank said amount get deducted correctly, there is no issue on our side.

                                  Both are blaming to each other.
