I mrs. Priti guruprasad behere, booked msrtc bus ticket on 02/12/2019 through google pay,

Payment had been deducted from my bank account but transaction not completed on msrtc. Ticket was not received and error message displayed.

    With reference to the transaction reference no. Sc[protected] (Wbsedcl electric bill payment) dated 25th nov 2019 on time 10:2:28 am through ‘bharat bill pay’ of ‘billdesk’; i have received payment failure statement.

    Debit reference no. [protected] confirmed by my card issuing bank.

    As advised by billdesk vide billdesk's mail dated 27 nov 2019, i have communicated with my credit card issuing bank.

    My bank informed me that, they have received a valid debit advice for the above transaction and the same was debited from my card ending 2847 vide acquirer reference number 05121219329200020016266.

    Therefore my request you to follow-up with your member bank by providing the acquirer reference number (Arn) for their reference & solve the issue as soon as possible.

      I have paid electricity bill to pspcl on 26.11.19 through my sbi net banking. But receipt is not generated and on electricity side bill shown as unpaid till today 28.11.19 payment deducted from my account with ref#igahnljxc5 of rs.1500. My electriciy account no. Is h31sp550056y for whom i have paid the above said amount on last date of bill. Please resolve this issue.

        I made online bill payment through billdesk of amount of rs.24, 020.00, which has been debited on november 26, 2019 successfully from icici saving account number xxxxx9457;payment id:[protected]; consumer code:lic_rici[protected]; bill reference :rici[protected], but not credited to the beneficiary a/c.
        After online payment, instant message received from icici as 'payment successful', but immediately after that some error message popped up from payment gateway (Screenshot attached) and online generation of receipt failed.

          This is regarding bus ticket booking on msrtc.
          Kindly note that i initiated to ticket booking on msrtc but booking couldnt happen & money got debited. I am seeking for my refund at an early date.

          Rs.616.53 were debited from my bank account to vpa billdeskpg. [protected]@icici on 21-10-19. Upi transaction reference number is[protected].

              I made the hdfc credit card payment of 31500 on 5th november 2019. I made the payment via sbi netbanking.
              The card number is 5589 * * 5225.

              The payment was successful at the time.
              The i got the message on 6th nov that paynent for hdfc credit ending 5225 returned.

              I have not got the payment back to my bank account nor got credited to credit card

                I have used your service to pay my electricity bill from pgvcl gujarat - bill desk - bank

                There was no third party service used.
                Amount get deducted from bank but its not get credited to pgvcl merchant

                I have made inquiry to both bank and pgvcl with valid proofs and bank slip.
                - bank said amount get deducted correctly, there is no issue on our side.
                - pgvcl said amount did not credited to us. Contact bank.

                Both are blaming to each other.

                    billdesk bescom payment not yet reflected but account debited

                    My payment to bescom monthly bill from bescom online services portal https://www.bescom.co.in/SCP/MyAccount/QuickPayment.aspx was made using billdesk internet banking option, and successfully paid from my SBI bank account.

                    I received a "successful" from billdesk as shown in attached picture, but the Payment status is still showing as "Pending Verification" in Bescom site.
                    Please note that saving a/c has been debited.br...

                      On 15/11/19 we made a visa standard charted credit card payment of rs 19300 through my vijaya bank netbanking but the payment deducted from my vijaya bank account on billdesk with the error message sorry for the inconvenience please try again later. As we need to make another payment for the credit card and we have not received the refund of payment made on bill desk. Please reverse the payment asap.                           On nov 11, 2019 i have made a transaction of rs 29500.71 to pay my national pension trust contribution through enps portal. The money was deducted from my bank account but the bill desk showed error.

                          Can you kindly take necessary action to transfer my money to enps or refund back to my account.

                            On 7th november 2019 i have made the payment of rs 4439/- to the uhbvn twice as the payment made in first attempt was not successful. The amount of rs.8878/- has been deducted from my account but the same has not been credited to uhbvn account.                             Hello sir/madam,

                            Yesterday i made a payment in my rbl credit card, but my payment has been debited from account but neither reversed back to my bank account nor credited to rbl card. I informed the rbl card department several times, they told you have to make payment again today. Any how i managed to make the payment yesterday as i haven't received my salary yet. Request you to credit the pay directly to rbl card or else reverse it to my account.

                              Please find attached screenshot for transaction details. Money got deducted from my account but no ticket got booked for the flight. Please initiate refund process.This tiket was booked for kochi to mumbai and return flight for 16 nov (AI 55) and 1Dec (AI 681) respectively. I checked from air India customer care. There is no confirm booking for the flight. Please take action.

                                    Amount got debited from my bank and in the hdfc bill desk, it showed transaction pending and i didn't received email from bill desk.

                                    Please let me know whether this is successfully posted to hdfc cc.
