My payment to bescom monthly bill from bescom online services portal https://www.bescom.co.in/SCP/MyAccount/QuickPayment.aspx was made using billdesk internet banking option, and successfully paid from my SBI bank account.

I received a "successful" from billdesk as shown in attached picture, but the Payment status is still showing as "Pending Verification" in Bescom site.
Please note that saving a/c has been debited.

Kindly look into this as bescom a/c still shows bill amount pending.

      On 15/11/19 we made a visa standard charted credit card payment of rs 19300 through my vijaya bank netbanking but the payment deducted from my vijaya bank account on billdesk with the error message sorry for the inconvenience please try again later. As we need to make another payment for the credit card and we have not received the refund of payment made on bill desk. Please reverse the payment asap. Attached are the internet banking transaction report and error message screenshot.

        I logged into lic portal to make my lic premium payment amounting to rs 50, 900. The amount is debited to my bank account but bill desk is showing an error

        Please let me know if the same will be paid to lic or reversed to my account. Since the due date is fast approaching, please help on priority

          On nov 11, 2019 i have made a transaction of rs 29500.71 to pay my national pension trust contribution through enps portal. The money was deducted from my bank account but the bill desk showed error.

          Can you kindly take necessary action to transfer my money to enps or refund back to my account.

          Details are below:

            amount debited from my account but it is not showing in the payee's credit

            On 7th november 2019 i have made the payment of rs 4439/- to the uhbvn twice as the payment made in first attempt was not successful. The amount of rs.8878/- has been deducted from my account but the same has not been credited to uhbvn account. Kindly do the needful at the earliest so that i am not penalized for late payment of the electricity bill....

            Hello sir/madam,

            Yesterday i made a payment in my rbl credit card, but my payment has been debited from account but neither reversed back to my bank account nor credited to rbl card. I informed the rbl card department several times, they told you have to make payment again today. Any how i managed to make the payment yesterday as i haven't received my salary yet. Request you to credit the pay directly to rbl card or else reverse it to my account.

              Please find attached screenshot for transaction details. Money got deducted from my account but no ticket got booked for the flight. Please initiate refund process.This tiket was booked for kochi to mumbai and return flight for 16 nov (AI 55) and 1Dec (AI 681) respectively. I checked from air India customer care. There is no confirm booking for the flight. Please take action.

                I booked a flight ticket from air india in air india website with my credit card. Money deducted but tickets were not booked.                     I paid hdfc credit card today 1103 (I am in usa). I paid hdfc credit card (India card).

                    Amount got debited from my bank and in the hdfc bill desk, it showed transaction pending and i didn't received email from bill desk.

                    Please let me know whether this is successfully posted to hdfc cc.

                              I had try to make payment for my emi on 23/10/2019, but mistakenly the payment of rs. 3351.34 at 15:46:06 by ref. No. [protected] made to your account. I made that payment through paytm, but after made payment i got to know it is mistakenly deliver in your account. I doesnt get any service or else regarding that amount. So, i request you to please refund my amount as soon as possible.

                                I have transferred rs.2000 from my pytm app to your site thorugh pytm money app and it haven't been used till now. I tried contacting pytm app user but they said that they sent the money successfully and try contacting you.. So, kindly sought this issue by any how.. I need the money. It's urgent. Please. Kindly return it to my pytm app as soon as possible. Or check what's the problem is and try sought out with the paytm app user anyhow.

                                  I made the online payment for bajaj finserv rbl credit card on 25/10/2019 (Friday) through rbl app. With billdesk from indian bank a/c.
                                  But, the rs.59, 692.00 payment is debited from my account and it is not credited to credit card a/c. The following bill desk transaction id for your reference...

                                      I made the payment for lic premium through upi ip but transaction failed l made the payment through bheem app but amount credited in your lic. [protected]@hdfcbank vpa and not credited in my lic premium please refund the amount. I think that when payment was failed i should attempt directly bheem app which was showing transaction failed. I made the payment through my vpa. But transaction is showing that amount is not credited in my lic policy. I also raised the dispute at the time when transaction completed and recipt not generated. I raised the dispute but till that time my amount not refund to my bank account. Pleas refund the amount expidiete. Thankyou
