I made payment using my paytmwallet for bajaj alianze general insurance rs.1879/- dated on 05/10/2019 but still payment is not completed and it also deducted in my wallet so i want it refund. I request you to suggest me what can i do? Please do needful. Screen shot of transaction is attatched here with.

For about a year auto debit instruction to my hdfc regalia credit card for payment of idea monthly bills.

On sep 30 2019 at 9:37 i have made payment for flipkart through net banking but amount get debited from tmb bank but payment got failed.. Got confirmation message from bank saying that "your shopping mall payment to billdesk - single me code with reference no. 19596148 for rs.8999.000 done successfully"

I had paid rs. 887/- to bajaj allianz for two wheeler insurance with billdeskutil order id:qpt[protected] and paytm wallet txn id: [protected]. But the said payment has not been received by the bajaj allianz. My paytm passbook shows that the payment is successful and amount is debited but did not credit in the receivers account.

Please consider my request on priorty and refund my amount in my paytm wallet....
