      For about a year auto debit instruction to my hdfc regalia credit card for payment of idea monthly bills.
      Since i wanted to switch over to prepaid, on 10th sept. I had stopped auto debit instruction from billdesk site and made payment for outstanding bills at idea counter.
      I was shocked to note that despite my instruction,, an amount of rs.352.82/- was deducted by billdesk.
      I have been corresponding with billdesk for past 20 days but no signs of refund.
      On their request i had mailed them bank statement to make sure that refund has not taken place. Now they are asking to take up matter with hdfc bank.
      I am highly dissatisifed with services where deduction is extremely prompt but for refund delay as much as possible.
      Can someone advise on senior person or ministry where i can take up matter and get my payment.

                  I have made payment of my subscription of rs 3000 to my nps tier 1 account a/c no[protected] on 30/09/2019 through online using your payment gateway from united bank of india. But i din't get any confirmation of this transaction from nps. I somehow lost my transaction id but in the bank statement i got the description of this transaction as 30/09/2019- xbcmfnps/[protected].

                  Actually i have applied a job for lic assistant 2019 post, after filling my application while on the payment page of 601.80 rs/- has paid to ibps. [protected]@hdfcbank, on 1 oct 2019, mode of payment is upi transaction of 601.80 rs/-, i paid it through by google pay. My application is not processed or failed. On the payment page of the website is failed, but my amount of 601.80 rs\- has debited successfully from my bank account. My application deadline is also over.

                  Please refund my money to my bank amount, plz refund it soon.

                        I made transaction today (30/09/2019) towards nptel exam. My ₹500/- money got deducted from my bank account but the nptel payment was not successful. My application number is 441863b5da7311e997a4235779f10c8d. Since the exam registration closes, please refund my money back soon.

                        I am very hopeless as i want to pay my exam fees. The nptel registration time ends in 3 days. So please understand my situation and refund my money within 10 to 24 hours.

                            While registering for nptel exam after entering otp for payment it showed a blank page with page error. So payment failed but money deducted from bank. On the course page its showing payment_ongoing. Now it is fourth day and still did not received my refund.
