Hello sir i paid 888 rs for moter insurance though your gateway in eezee tab application which are bajajallianz official app. But they didn't get payment so they say contact the billdesk which i used to pay. I also call paytm costumer care they say payment is successful by three side but problem in your gateway. So please solve this or refund my money. I send you screenshots & order i'd etc.

Hi myself likith i have made transaction of 2300 from paytm through upi and the amount was debited and not credited to the loan company as loan company said it will be refunded and till now no such thing has happend please i am attaching the screenshot below please refund my amount

    I raised dispute, but still I am not getting any reply..it's about one month now. I am not getting my refund of 650. I couldn't purchase the item for which the payment got deducted from my bank account through Google pay. The payment was for the online registration for the Assam TET examination. I purchased the item again .kindly look into the matter and solve the issue as soon as possible.

    I have made a payment in lic of Rs. 2512 but my money has deducted from my account and my premium is not submitted yet. Pls fix this issue as soon as possible. this is the third time i have faced same issue..

      I had booked ticket for 18/10/19 on 16/10/19 from pune to panvel. Payment was done through google pay and the payment was shown successful but i didn't got the confirmation of ticket. I also checked the ticket on the official website but no ticket was there for the booking on this date. Please look into this matter and get my refund back as soon as possible.

            I made an online payment of fees to aiims for entrance exam but the hdfc payment gateway showed error and also debited rs.1, 515/- (My payment is still not done through in transaction.)
            As it was an emergency i could not wait for more than 48 hours and had to finish my payment in some other mode.
            Now, i noticed that the amount was deducted from my hdfc, also from the the other mode.
            Can you please verify and return the amount.
            I am ready to give more details on your word of resolving the issue.

                Ticket was booked on 6th october, 2019 from hospet to mysore journey date was 15th october 2019 and ob reference number is ob39684414
                It was booked from ksrtc website from mobile number [protected], 781rs amount was payed from phonepe the transaction id is c1910061628544990746530
                And order id is rphw[protected].
                781rs was deducted from my account but the seat wasn't booked

                          For about a year auto debit instruction to my hdfc regalia credit card for payment of idea monthly bills.
                          Since i wanted to switch over to prepaid, on 10th sept. I had stopped auto debit instruction from billdesk site and made payment for outstanding bills at idea counter.
                          I was shocked to note that despite my instruction,, an amount of rs.352.82/- was deducted by billdesk.
                          I have been corresponding with billdesk for past 20 days but no signs of refund.
                          On their request i had mailed them bank statement to make sure that refund has not taken place. Now they are asking to take up matter with hdfc bank.
                          I am highly dissatisifed with services where deduction is extremely prompt but for refund delay as much as possible.
                          Can someone advise on senior person or ministry where i can take up matter and get my payment.

But i din't get any confirmation of this transaction from nps.
