I have done the online transaction to pay the bescom (Bangalore, karnataka) bill (Electricity-bill) online. But the amount is deducted from my account and transaction status is showing failure in bill desk window saying"we could not ascertain the status of your card transaction from payment gateway. However we have recorded your request and shall verify the details and try again"
But the amount is deducted from my account. But its not credited to bescom account. Please check this on priority basis

    Yesterday i brought two wheeler insurance policy from bajaj allianz and i made payment of 887 rupees through the paytm wallet. Amount was deducted from my paytm wallet to the billdeskutil but after two minutes i got a sms from bajaj allianz
    I. E ""dear customer, your premium of rs. 887 for transaction reference no[protected] towards bajaj allianz has been failed. Kindly verify your account before making another payment. Thank you!""

        I had paid rs. 887/- to bajaj allianz for two wheeler insurance with billdeskutil order id:qpt[protected] and paytm wallet txn id: [protected]. But the said payment has not been received by the bajaj allianz. My paytm passbook shows that the payment is successful and amount is debited but did not credit in the receivers account.

        Please consider my request on priorty and refund my amount in my paytm wallet.

            I booked my order on kfc app via upi payment mode the it asked for my upi id i submitted my id then i was transfered to google pay for the payment and the receiver of the payment was indiaideas and my amount was deducted but my order was not placed on kfc. And i contacted the indiaideas number which i got from social media and got no response. Then today by 7:15 am i got a call from the same number and he said i am calling from indiaideas and i told him the scenario then he asked how much amount was there in the bank before the transaction and then he started to ask for my upi id so i got a feeling that this call is a fraud call as no customer care call this much early in the morning and i said i will call again to the india ideas customer care so the person who was talking to me abused me and cut the call. Now i don't know where to call as i don't know the indiaideas customer care number. Pls help resolve my issue.

                        Bajaj allianz website asked for payment for 2 wheeler insurance on 18/09/2019, payment was done through paytm wallet and reciever was "billdeskutil". I have completed payment transaction history and i emailed bajaj allianz for refund if policy not generated or to issue a policy, but since 2days they are not responding. As per bajaj allianz they are asking for reference number which is generated after payment, but after the payment was complete the website hanged and an error message "page not found" came. And hence bajaj allianz is clearly refusing for help. I have repeatedly emailed them as reminder, but mo response at all. The problem is that they are using a third party payment system so they should be prompt enough to track the payment, but as per promise to respond within 24 hours, they are not responding.
                        Hereby i would like to request for a refund since the policy has not been issued.

                          I was paying to nmat by gmac as registration fees. I paid through paytm a high sum of money, the amount was deducted, paytm also showed a successful payment but nmat website showed payment failed. Nmat people say payment has not been made by paytm & after investigation i found that even paytm made a successful payment. Paytm say they have paid to billdesk but billdesk haven't yet paid to nmat.

                                Several time mail to bill desk no respond to me

                                Today i was transferred a amounts rs 7939 rupees on dated 14.09.2019 from my pnb account to lic premium. During the transfer period the amount 7939 rupees is deducted my pnb account but not transferred the amount to lic account.

                                  My payment to bescom monthly bill from bescom online services portal https://www.bescom.co.in/SCP/MyAccount/QuickPayment.aspx was made using billdesk internet banking option, and successfully paid from my sbi bank account.

                                  But i received a "failure" from billdesk as shown in attached picture, but my current a/c has been debited.

                                  Kindly look into this as bescom a/c still shows bill amount pending.

                                  The problem has been resolved. My Bescom account is updated with the transaction today. Thank you for the support.
                                  I have recharged TATA Sky today for Rs.376/- through net banking ( SBI) with Bill Desk payment gate way but the said amount not yet credited to my TATA SKY account nor returned to my SBI account . Pl see the details and resolve the issue .

                                    I made a transaction of 4030 (The amount got deducted of 4075.13) from my idbi debit card no.- [protected] to uit udaipur (Rpay-pos/uitu) on 3/9/19 at 23:17. I received the message of amount being deducted from my bank but uit udaipur did not recieved it neither it got refunded into my idbi saving account - [protected].

                                    I again tried to make a transaction of 4030 from my sister's bob debit card no. - [protected] to uit udaipur on 12/9/19 at 19:30. But again the amount got deducted from the bank account no. - [protected] and was not received by uit udaipur.

                                    I am worried about my application being rejected due to non payment so kindly look forward into the matter at your earliest convenience.
