      I made a payment to TSSPDCL on 16/11/2022 @18.13 hrs, by debit to my account with Union bank of India, Abid Road. The s ref ID ?UTR no. is[protected]/S[protected]. However, the same is not reflected in my account with TSSPDCL and I was forced to pay again on 17/11/2022, t being the due date. I was informed that the failed transaction would be refunded by the gateway within 3 days. I am still waiting for the refund, even after 7 days. Kindly expedite the refund ASAP

        I have booked TNSETC bus ticket through TNSETC website. The payment is through billdesk UPI and I paid on phonepe on request of Billdesk on phonepe. But after transaction completed and paid. Billdesk showing transaction failed and try again. Where is my money or tickets I booked

            I was paying the NPS through the Bill Desk. The amount was Rs.50118. The page after payment said the payment was not successful but the amount got debited from my account....

            On 10/Nov/2022, I completed my registration and payment of 50000 rs money is debited from my icici account and transaction success from ICICI but its doesnt show credited transaction at nps account as I have not got confirmation from nps and NO PRAN number was generated. The Transaction done via Billdesk. please check status of transaction and revert to my email sl.[protected]@gmail.com

LIC has informed that it has raised the bill on Oct 10 and it should be paid on Oct 15 but it is not being reflected in my SBI bill pay section and it is not paid also.                             Hdfc has not refunded

                            On 14 October 2022 i paid kv fees through billdesk but payment not received but amount deducted
                            on 20 October i mailed BillDesk they said
                            This is with reference to your email dated Oct 20, 2022 regarding the status of the mentioned payment .
                            We have checked the records and find that the payment vide transaction reference number YHD[protected] has been initiated for refund on 15.10.2022. It will take 3 to 5 working days...

                                  I have a made a transaction for amount 2500/- for ap eamcet category b registration, the amount was deducted, but the payment gateway website shutdown and it showed registration failed and payment details not found, but money was deducted from bank account and didn't get a refund till date, the ap eamcet helpline aren't responding to my queries and mails
