I made a payment to TSSPDCL on 16/11/2022 @18.13 hrs, by debit to my account with Union bank of India, Abid Road. The s ref ID ?UTR no. is[protected]/S[protected]. However, the same is not reflected in my account with TSSPDCL and I was forced to pay again on 17/11/2022, t being the due date. I was informed that the failed transaction would be refunded by the gateway within 3 days. I am still waiting for the refund, even after 7 days. Kindly expedite the refund ASAP

I have done payment on MSRTC side by using bill desk at 06 nov 2022 while booking bus from chembur to mahableshwar 3 seat.
Amount is debited from my account, but ticket is not generated, please help to refund amount
