I paid an amount of rs 8896/- on 30th may 2019 toward my citi credit card ending with 6713. The payment was successful. Here is the transaction id for the same -

The payments is not yet forwarded to my credit card. Also i have not received a confirmation mail on my email id. Please check and process it as soon as possible.

    I used billdesk for electricity payment through smart bijlee application. There are two instances amount got debited and the electricity board havent received it. I used billdesk on my google pay app. First i payed 4428 and still my electricity bill was not cleared. Second is on 23 may i payed 6265.16 rs which again did not cleared my electricity bill. I am attaching the screenshots of my transaction. U people say it takes 3-4 days for refund bit in my case its been 5 months. Kindly resolve this issue as it is a hard earned money.

          I have done the payment for recharging my jio phone number through google pay upi. Rs. 349 money got deducted but recharge was not done.
          Could you please look into the issue and refund my money.

            Payment was made to tamil naidu registration e-payment portal. Status is still showing as pending. Payment was made using sbi paynet billdesk.

            It has been more than a month. Running after the bank and e-payment portal. Issues is still not resolve.

            Could you please check and help me on this.

              I have made a transaction on 8th may 2019 for college transcripts. I needed them at the earliest. However, the money was deducted from my hdfc bank account

              I am not sure how to get the refund as neither bill-desk nor jntuh are responding for my queries.

              Such irresponsible vendors and merchants. Not sure why are they not sued for such transactions or hold for money for such lengthy duration. I wish our consumer court was more sensitive to such matters.

              I have read so many complaints on bill-desk lately, yet there is no one to take action and these kind of frauds keep on happening.

              Is there anyone at least addressing the issues logged by the consumers or this is also some lame website. I will make sure everyone in my social media gets to know the frauds done by Bill desk.

                  Today, I ordered a some stuff from dominos and I used Net Banking to pay the bill. The amount was INR 590. The message from HDFC Bank arrived that the transaction was complete but the app still said that the payment was still pending. Kindly arrange for a refund ASAP. There will be a photo of the transaction message alert from HDFC Bank attached to this complaint.

My Bank has created a ticket bearing number 1160394.

                            Jio phone [protected] recharge through net banking vide qcnb[protected] dt 14 may 19 for rs 399 has not been recharged. Jio company says they have not received the payment, so we again recharge for rs 399 on 15 may 19 that is successful. But the rechare for rs 399 not has been credit in jio no. [protected]. Please refund the amount rs 399 for dt 14 may 2019 as early as possible.

                                    electricity bescom payment failed but account debited

                                    I made an online payment of 2000 inr for bescom via billdesk. The transaction failed, but hdfc bank account is showing 'withdrawl' of this amount.

                                    Our payment to bescom monthly bill from bescom online services portal https://www.bescom.co.in/SCP/MyAccount/QuickPayment.aspx was made using billdesk internet banking option, and successfully paid from our hdfc bank account.

                                    But we received a "failure" from billdesk...
