I made upi transaction on google pay to bajaj finserv on 29th march 2019.
19616 inr was debited from hdfc account but failed at billdesk. After i raised dispute on google pay, it was settled and status changed to dispute settled. Money will be refunded in 3-5 days. This status was updated before 10th april. I sent mail to billdesk and they replied on 13th april that amount will be credited back to hdfc but still today its not done. Again on my follow up billdesk sent mail again on 20th april that it will take 5-7 days.

Why there is so much of harassment. My emi got bounced due to this. Billdesk is not taking action on this.

I need refund as soon as possible.

    I rajeswari, property tax assessment no [protected], have made payment of property tax through online mode for demand year[protected] amounting rs. 2, 926/- (Rs. 2, 479/- + rs. 447/- penalty) through billdesk gateway in epayportal of telangana state on[protected].

    Amount is debited from my sbi account, but still appears in dues. Further, receipt is not displayed.

    Kindly resolve the issue and arrange to mail the...

    I have made a payment of 1, 00, 261.24 for my lic policy thru licindia site, after submitting bank details i got error message from bill desk but amount got debited from my bank account.

    Sorry we are uable to process your request right now - invalid merchant details (Errp004).

    Request you to credit back my amount to my account. I already informed to lic about this one and they asked me to wait couple of days...

      Money was deducted from my account when i booked air india tickets from air india site but ticket is not booked. It is the second time in last week. I booked air india tickets from delhi to kozhikode for may 26th. 4020 rupees was deducted from my account. Transaction id is icidb679bcd7150492cb69def09447496ff. The transaction was done on 12th april 2019,, 12:01 am. I paid through phonepe and it says the money is deposited on parter bank.

        I was recharging to my another number from google pay but that transaction did not happen and 245 rs deducted from my account and got one notification that money will be refunded in 7-8 days but still i did not get any refund to my account. I raised dispute but no response from that side. Please do needful. I am running out of minimum non maintanace balance to my bank account please do it on urgently otherwise i'll charged because of this.

          Have paid an amount of rs.2057/- against renewal of my lic policy in the life insurance company ltd. Today[protected] through upi paytm facility of punjab national bank. The payment was successful and the payment was made to billdesk [protected]@hdfcbank reference id is[protected].

          Please confirm whether the payment is credited to the life insurance company or not as i have not received any confirmation form company

            My self Shambhushan Dalvi. I did UPI transaction through Google pay app on 29 March 2019 time 5:32 pm to pay MSEDC bill. UPI Transaction ID[protected]. MSEDC account holder is my father Mr. Ghansham Shridhar Dalvi. The amount deducted and bill payment failed. My bank said amount credited to the beneficiary account. But i dont get online receipt from MSEDC . I dont know exactly what to do.If it is paid then I need payment receipt otherwise i need refund.

              I have paid electricity bill through google pay but transaction got failed twice and my Money has been deducted twice from my account. When will my money be refunded? This happened 5 days back. They have told it will be refunded by 5-7 working days but still I haven't received any money back. Please resolve my problem. The amount which was deducted is 943 twice and please what should I do to get back my money? Is there any procedures to follow up?                 So please look into the matter and credited this amount in my HSBC CARD as soon as possible

                    I booked my bus ticket on 8/5/2019 at 5:50am via msrtc bill desk. Amount of rs. 1370/- is deducted from my debit card, but ticket not received and see. Then second time i booked my ticket. Amount is again deducted. And ticket also book.

                    Syndicate bank debit card - inr 1, 370.00 debited to a/c on[protected]:50-for pos txn at bdr[protected]bdr00001-msrtc.

                    So i want my first amount refund as soon as possible.

                      I want to raise a concern regarding the amount of rs 5000 paid via bill desk on 06th mar'19 at about 10:30 pm to 11:00 pm to clear rbl bank credit card bill.

                      Though the amount is debited from icici bank saving account but transaction showing an error and it was not credited to rbl bank credit card.

                      Could you please check about this as it is already confirmed from icici bank and they told me that transaction is succesful at their end

                      On the other hand, i am also in touch with rbl bank to check the same.

                      Kindly take the issue on priority and do the needful.

                        On april 1st, 2019, i made a transaction of rs 6931/- towards hdfc credit card through sbi internet banking. Now sbi says the transaction was successful whereas bill desk support says transaction was a failure. Meanwhile i have lost my money. This is something which is unusual.                                 I have paid to billdesk with transactionID[protected] for premium subscription in spotify (Date: 02/04/2019 Time: 8:41PM).
                                But, even after paymet of Rs.66 (applied for student subscription) billdesk payment gateway was unresponsive and the payment was not completed. Hence, I didn't get my premium subscription. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible. I want my money refund in my account.
