I had paid my credit card bill through rbl bank app and the mode of payment was through net banking (Bill desk) the amount has been debited from my bank account but it has not been credited in credit card... Please ensure that my money is safe and tell me as soon as possible.

I have paid through bill desk netbanking system.. The amount has been debited from my bank account and it has not been credited to my credit card account.. Please ensure that the payment will be made on or before 5th may or kindly refund the money in my savings account.

I have done a recharge through Google pay its not successful. Money got deducted from account.
As 30930 amount got debited on 28th March 2019 from HDFC bank but not credited to ICICI credit card.
I approached ICICI and HDFC and there is no quick response.
This is to inform u that my electric bill is too high last 12 months.we have for home 2 tube lights..2 fan..1 television..1 refrigerator...So this is not possible for me in this type of bill.kindly look into this matter sir..

    Dear sir
    I consumer of wbsedcl no.[protected] proceeded to pay the bill of the month of april an amt.1058.36 choosing your paymentgateway billdesk by using my debit card, though amt. Of bill said was deducted successfully but payment showing failed and pending.
    I thetefore request to get the deducted amt. Credited to my account ad soon as possible. Convenient way of billdesk should not go a nightmare.

      payment failure but amount from account has deducted

      On 04/05/19 i made online fee payment for jharkhand combind (Jceceb) exam of ₹900 through my cbi debit card. My transaction was failed with error "reasons: sorry! We are unable to process your transaction. But the payment is done successfully by my account and the amount is deducted from my account. And after login for several times the payment option window is open again and again to make payment.

      I'm dhirajlal shingade, i was select ur payment gateway to pay msrtc online ticket booking on 21.04.2019 and i used my union bank of india debit card and paid 615 rupees amount to book the ticket but unfortunately ticket was not booked but 615 rupees deducted from my bank account, 23.04.2019 i was called billdesk customer care and reported above incidents and customer care replied me, ur 615 rupees amount will credit on ur account within 7 days but still today date 03.05.2019 deducted 615 rupees amount not yet reimbursed pls. Look into this matter and return money on as soon as possible.

        Dear sir.
        Rrgret to say that I, md ali anwar consumer of wbsedcl no.[protected] had proceeded to pay online bill on 02.05.19 and chose the payment gateway billDesk for the payment of an amt.of Rs 1060.36 by using my debit card(united bank of india)pertaining to the above cited my a/c, but unfortunately the payment failed while the amt.of Rs1060.36 already deducted from my a/c via paymrnt gateway billDesk and that on checking the reciept on wbsedcl website i was shocked to see that the payment was failed and painding .
        Sir, in view of the fact i very earnestly request to look into the matter and arrange to credit the amt.deducted fruitlessly to my account as a gesture of trust and customer 's convinience towards one of your mottos.

        Hope for an immediate redressal on your part.

          This is to inform I have paid RBL card outstanding through SBI online with transaction No.QSBI[protected]IGAGAOCQJ2 on 29.4.2019, the amount got deducted from my bank a/c but this did not get credited to my RBL Credit card till now. Hence necessary action to be taken to credit my amount to the RBL card.

            Sir, mam,

            I subham mallick done a transaction with debit card ending (7409) visa, of central bank of india.
            I have done a transaction on 15/02/2019 at 8:30 pm of rupee 700.
            For the purpose of college university fee (North bengal university)
            (University registration number[protected] candidate name - camellia ray) but transaction was failed and rupees 700 have been debited from my account. My transaction id (Phmp[protected]). With same college registration id i have to do two transaction one of rupee 550 (Successful) another rupee 700 (Where i have pay twice because once it was unsuccessful) they debited two time of rupee 700 and i have mention the transaction id above which was unsuccessful during payment. And its already 75 days of my transaction and bill desk would not provide me the money. Has i see it is one type of scam. I have attached the email of respond from bill desk.
            Please sir look into this matter.

              Sub: amount debited from my bank but not credited to kmc assessee no:[protected]

              This is to inform you, that while trying to pay my kolkata municipal corporation (Kmc) property tax online, the amount got deducted from my bank a/c but this did not get credited to kmc a/c due to failure in online transaction. I have checked kmc website and it is still showing the amount as unpaid. Even i enquired with my bank and they confirmed that they have released the amount from their end. Please see the details below.

                I was booking my ticket but it didn't worked but my money was transferred.
                Bhim app says transaction from their end was processed. Please transfer my money back. It was on 25th April 2019. Time 1:52 pm. I didn't received any emails or sms from msrtc also. Please resolve the problem & please return the my payment done for msrtc quickly also improve your services for no insecuran experience for users. Thanks

                  On 24th april 2019, i made a payment of rs. 18050- only towards hdfc credit card bill from my sbi internet banking. Transaction reference number is igafzopyx2.
                  The money has been debited from sbi account but confirmation message from bill desk for the same wasn't received. Please look into the matter as soon as possible. Even after two days there is not any confirmation.

                    apdcl recharge voucher code not received

                    I had made online payment for recharge of my apdcl prepaid meter yesterday. I did two times. Once rs. 1000 and another with rs.500.
                    The money has been deducted from my account but i didn't receive any of the voucher codes till now.
                    I am uploading the screenshot of the confirmation mails.
                    Please provide the voucher codes as soon as possible....

                    I made upi transaction on google pay to bajaj finserv on 29th march 2019.
                    19616 inr was debited from hdfc account but failed at billdesk. After i raised dispute on google pay, it was settled and status changed to dispute settled. Money will be refunded in 3-5 days. This status was updated before 10th april. I sent mail to billdesk and they replied on 13th april that amount will be credited back to hdfc but still today its not done. Again on my follow up billdesk sent mail again on 20th april that it will take 5-7 days.

                    Why there is so much of harassment. My emi got bounced due to this. Billdesk is not taking action on this.

                    I need refund as soon as possible.

                      Amount is debited from my sbi account, but still appears in dues. Further, receipt is not displayed.

                      Sorry we are uable to process your request right now - invalid merchant details (Errp004).

                      Request you to credit back my amount to my account. I already informed to lic about this one and they asked me to wait couple of days...

                        Money was deducted from my account when i booked air india tickets from air india site but ticket is not booked. It is the second time in last week. I booked air india tickets from delhi to kozhikode for may 26th. 4020 rupees was deducted from my account. Transaction id is icidb679bcd7150492cb69def09447496ff. The transaction was done on 12th april 2019,, 12:01 am. I paid through phonepe and it says the money is deposited on parter bank.

                              My self Shambhushan Dalvi. I did UPI transaction through Google pay app on 29 March 2019 time 5:32 pm to pay MSEDC bill. UPI Transaction ID[protected]. MSEDC account holder is my father Mr. Ghansham Shridhar Dalvi. The amount deducted and bill payment failed. My bank said amount credited to the beneficiary account. But i dont get online receipt from MSEDC . I dont know exactly what to do.If it is paid then I need payment receipt otherwise i need refund.

                                I have paid electricity bill through google pay but transaction got failed twice and my Money has been deducted twice from my account. When will my money be refunded? This happened 5 days back. They have told it will be refunded by 5-7 working days but still I haven't received any money back. Please resolve my problem. The amount which was deducted is 943 twice and please what should I do to get back my money? Is there any procedures to follow up?
