Dear sir,
I was paid a credit card bill by my banks internet banking. At the time of payment receipt genrate & transation status is failure but amout in deduct from my account. This transation was on dated 02.02.2019 vide transation ref. No. Pvjb[protected] amount of rs. 2800/- this payment still not credit in my account & not in credit card bill.
So kindly refund my amount urgenty.

I did my payment regarding aiims pg application 1500 RS via axis bank thru upi(phone PE app) to [protected]@hdfc on aiims site as mentioned !! My amount got deducted from my account but it is not reflecting on to the merchant site and my application is still pending !! Plz help me in this matter

    I paid the bill first on 5th march of feb month.
    Later then when the power connection was about to cut that time it showed the bill again to be paid both time my money got deducted i want my money back. So first my 1700 was deducted on 5th march on which i paid the bill who's due date was 6th march and when the power cutter came that time it showed 1720 which is 20 rs of late payment it showed again to pay.. And it has happened in before bill's to... That it shows 2 times go pay the bill.. I kindly request you to look into this matter.. Extremely disappointed with your services. Please request you to refund as soon as possible.

                    The amount 10, 230 has been deducted from my account and paytm status is showing transaction successfully but my policy has still not been renewed

                      Hello,

                      I have tried contacting BillDesk customer care multiple times, but I still haven't received any reply.

                      On 27th of February, I tried to pay for Spotify Premium using UPI. I got the request, and the transaction was successful. But the subscription wasn't activated, and I got a payment failed error. I did it once again hoping that the previous amount would be credited back, but I received another payment failed error. I had to use another payment method to get it to activate.

                      It has been 15 days, and I still haven't received back the money, nor have I gotten any response from their team. I have attached screenshots below. I request them to credit the money back to my account.

                      Total amount: Rs.66 + Rs.66= Rs.132.

                        I have done payment from SELF Hdfc UPI to Tata Sky Hdfc UPI account they said they haven't received the payment where my bank confirms payment is given to them.

                        This is so horrible experience with the first day of Tata Sky.
                        I took new connection and after installation of DTH, I paid through quick recharge and when I approached customer care executive they said payment is not yet done.
                        Looking at the UPI transaction it says clearly paid to “tatasky.[protected]@hdfcbank”.
                        And the payment has been received by Tata Sky Com.

                        Now the customer care executive says it will take 3 days to activate the account.
                        Else make payment again. I seriously don’t understand why the customer is being harassed like this if they have to provide connection they will call multiple time to take new connection.
                        I want this to be resolved as soon as possible.

                            I recently made a recharge for airtel prepaid using google pay, on 10 march 2019 around 6:40 pm. Amount was deducted from my account but till now amount has not been recharged from my mobile service provider.

                            Kindly help in resolving the same as soon as possible.
