Hello bill desk team,
I want to raise a concern regarding the amount of rs 34983.56 paid via bill desk on 2nd mar'19 at 16:41 pm to clear rbl bank credit card bill.
Though the amount is debited from icici bank saving account but transaction showing an error and it was not credited to rbl bank credit card.
Could you please check about this as it is already confirmed from icici bank and they told me that transaction is succesful at their end
On the other hand, i am also in touch with rbl bank to check the same.
Kindly take the issue on priority and do the needful.

I'm recharging Tata sky DTH but worngly payment to Tata sky com(billdeskbqr.[protected]@hdfcbank) this address so I am very very sorry. Please sir help me and refund my money this transaction two time wrongly pay you.

i made a tata sky rechrage my google pay account through billdesk hdfc bank amount of 210 rupees,
but amount debited but not reflect in my dth recharge portal. i attached the screen shot image
please rectify the issue and return my amount.
