I have been repaying my credit card bills from bill desk for quite a number of years.
On 4th feb i have repaid an amount of rs10000 towards corpiratiin bank credit card bearing 0816 as last digits inadvertently from your lic credit card repayment site.
The transaction number is piob[protected].
The bank authorities have informed that they didn't get automatic credit for the amount.
They have deducted my sb account...

I had made a net banking transaction of rupees 1870/-. But transaction got failed and on the billdesk page i got an error with message ("please try later"). But amount got deducted from my vijaya bank account. Later, i checked with bank, they said transaction is successful, please check with merchant.

Transaction made to west bengal state electricity distribution company limited (Wbsedcl) through state bank of india net banking on 13/02/2019 for rs. 2408. The amount has been debited from my bank account instantly but the amount has not been not credited to the payee (Wbsedcl).
Transaction reference of sbi is igafkgxdg7.
It is requested to kindly look into the matter at the earliest....

This transaction is showing failed at the merchant end and they have confirmed that they have not received payment for this and the amount has already been debited from my hdfc bank account on 4th february.

I had reachrged my jio no. Through myjio app using paytm option. I have his phone so i recharged for 49/- but yet now didn't recived that amount on my jio no. 49/- has been paid to billdeskutil but my jio no. Didn't got any rechargei contacted paytm customer care but they said payment done to billdeskutil so pleasesolve this problem

I used phone pe app i paid my electricity bill trough phone pe app since 02-jan-2019 amount is 1047rs. Diducted my union bank
But i not recieved paid slip or massages trough mgvcl.

When i am calling at custome care :[protected], i am getting and rude answer everytime that i need a 14 digit ref number only. As per my bank and mail id have recived only this transaction ref id and this lady is not even ant to listen anythng. When i asked her connect me to some of the senior...

I tried recharging my reliance jio account with a data plan costing ₹398. I paid through upi to the following account - reliancejioinfocomm. Billdesk@hdfcbank. But once i paid, i didn't get a message from jio stating that my data plan was activated.
