I had processed payment rupees 8798.62 from my icici netbanking account dated today towards payment of my lic policy number[protected].

The amount 8798.62 has been debited from my account but transaction status showing fatal error.
Please help out for me resolve the issue. The transaction details has been shown below

The error received is this:

Please support to get the issue resolved soonest and either forward the payment to lic and receipt of payment or refund the same earliest.

Please refer the second message in screen shot of mobile that i have received from the icici bank against the debit of the premium amount 8798.62 from my icici bank account.

    Hello bill desk team,

    I want to raise a concern regarding the amount of rs 34983.56 paid via bill desk on 2nd mar'19 at 16:41 pm to clear rbl bank credit card bill.

    Though the amount is debited from icici bank saving account but transaction showing an error and it was not credited to rbl bank credit card.

    Could you please check about this as it is already confirmed from icici bank and they told me that transaction is succesful at their end

    On the other hand, i am also in touch with rbl bank to check the same.

    Kindly take the issue on priority and do the needful.

      I paid hdfc credit card payment 1.38 pm on 3/3/19. I paid and received sms :

      But receipt is not generated as well as bank also not sending any message.

      My due date on 8th march. Where shall i contact?

        I tried to make recharge on my jio number through upi payments through bhim sbi pay app money 349 rs is debited but recharge is not done

                    I tried paying the fees for the examination online through netbanking method. The amount for the same being 1517/- got debited from my account. However, nptel shows the payment to be still pending. So i tried another payment which was successful. i would like to know by when the refund would be generated and by when will it be reflected in my bank account.                       bescom payment failure but account debited

                      Our payment to bescom monthly bill from bescom online services portal https://www.bescom.co.in/SCP/MyAccount/QuickPayment.aspx was made using billdesk internet banking option, and successfully paid from our axis bank corporate account.

                      But we received a "failure" from billdesk as shown in attached picture, but our current a/c has been debited.

                      Kindly look into this as bescom a/c still shows bill amount pending....

                      I have been repaying my credit card bills from bill desk for quite a number of years.
                      On 4th feb i have repaid an amount of rs10000 towards corpiratiin bank credit card bearing 0816 as last digits inadvertently from your lic credit card repayment site.
                      The transaction number is piob[protected].
                      The bank authorities have informed that they didn't get automatic credit for the amount.
                      They have deducted my sb account for the amount.

                      I request your goodself to look into the issue and see that the amount is credited to my sb account at the earliest.

                            This website requested money for jio recharge on my phone pay account. My money was debited but recharge is still not successful.my phone pay account also shows that the money was debited, the photo of which has been attached by me below. I thus request that my recharge should be done as soon as possible
                            My jio plan was for 399 rupees was to be activated. It was valid for 84 days. And provided a speed of 1.5 gb per day.

                              This transaction is showing failed at the merchant end and they have confirmed that they have not received payment for this and the amount has already been debited from my hdfc bank account on 4th february.

                              Please can you let me know when will i receive refund for this transaction?
