    I have been recharging one of my jio mobile numbers from paytm. Means, Firstly I have logged into my paytm account from that handset and then paid the required from my paytm wallet. but now I don't want to pay the same bills from that particular device or from that particular paytm account having this current number. I have tried a lot but couldn't get it.
    Please help.

      Today[protected]time 14:00 to 15:00) i try to pay premium of lic policies from lic site using billdesk - net banking, amount deducted from my account for Rs. 24847.76 but message displayed at lic site your payment failed.i also attached the screenshot of deducted amount.
      Please Please refund the same amount which enables me to pay my pending lic premium.

        Hi team,

        This is regarding my last transaction towards dominos pizza online, day before yesterday 28th feb 2019, afternoon at 02:46 pm, i tried to place my order while choosing payment method as paytm.
        After i gave my paytm otp then order got failed, and the amount of rs 433 got deducted from paytm wallet and did not get any order confirmation email. As expected, when i called dominos found that the order didnot get placed.

        Kindly help me get back my money/credited to my paytm wallet.

          I tried to pay the Dominos order through paytm. The money was deducted from the paytm account but after that the request timed out. I was asked to retry and made a new transaction. Later on, I realized that money for previous transaction was also deducted from the paytm account.

          I reached out to paytm and they say that money has been successfully sent to billdesk. Can you please look at my request and revert the money.

          I tried calling your phone number but no one is picking the phone.

            On 29.01.2019 I have made a transaction of rs 1012.51 to pay my National Pension trust contribution through eNPS portal. The money was deducted from my bank account but the billdesk failed to transfer the amount to eNPS India.

            Can you kindly take necessary action to transfer my money to eNPS or refund back to my account details bellow:

            I have attached the payment reference screen shots and also the deduction from bank.

            Kindly do the needful and make the payment as soon as possible...

                      I k ravindra kumar regularly paid via axis internet banking to lic of india [billdesk]. On 25/01/2019 paid rs 7428.10 for lic premium invoice from axis saving account payment is successful but in lic of india payment is not updated. My transaction reference puti[protected]. Please resolve it otherwise paid amount back to my axis bank account. Please advice me.

But i did not get receipt and website still shows that pending bill. I paid through icici bank net banking on 21 january 2019. Time 21:17. Please see to it that i get my money back.
