I have used billdesk to pay my hsbc credit card using my indian bank netbanking.
I paid rs.80000 towards the credit card due. The money has been deducted from my indian bank account.

The money has not been deposited to my hsbc credit card account.

I used google pe app to recharge my jio number [protected] dated: 08/02/2019 by 5:10pm but my transaction is successful but recharge for my jio number is unsuccessful so that i hope i will get the refund... I was waiting for the refund .. Please refer to the screenshot provided... About the transaction...
I have recharged my jio phone no.[protected] on 8th feb 2019 using reliancejioinfocomm/billdesk for rs. 349 using net banking o[censored]nion bank of india the amount was deducted from union bank on same day. But my jio connection is disconnected due to nonpayment. Please refund the amount.

I did a transaction from my HDFC bank on 30th Jan 2019, the transaction is failed but still amount Rs.256 was debited from my account.

    On 13th January, a transaction from Google pay was made to BESCOM but it failed but the money got deducted with a notification payment processing as we thought it would proceed but failed and the money also got deducted. Neither the money was sent back to the bank nor the bill got payed.

        Hi,

        Have made a credit card payment through bill desk from my hdfc bank account ref number : hga1p16ec[protected].

        When i am calling at custome care :[protected], i am getting and rude answer everytime that i need a 14 digit ref number only. As per my bank and mail id have recived only this transaction ref id and this lady is not even ant to listen anythng. When i asked her connect me to some of the senior there and let handle them this query she said there is no senior and hang up the call.
        Is this the ay you people work and this much the time is taken by you people to process a pyment.
        If my payment is not getting reflected by today, i will tweet this on twitter and linked in and all the social medial platforms.

            credit card payment status failure but amount got debited

            I was trying to pay the amex credit card bill and paid rs 57, 197 through my hdfc debit card. Amount was deducted from bank but the system has shown failure status of trasaction. I made the payment on 1st feb at 11:07 am, please process the payment and credit the payment to my amex credit card or refund the same amounts to my hdfc account.             I tried recharging my reliance jio account with a data plan costing ₹398. I paid through upi to the following account - reliancejioinfocomm. [protected]@hdfcbank. But once i paid, i didn't get a message from jio stating that my data plan was activated.

            I request that the same amount be credited back to my bank account - in order to conduct the same transaction again.

                      I have been recharging one of my jio mobile numbers from paytm. Means, Firstly I have logged into my paytm account from that handset and then paid the required from my paytm wallet. but now I don't want to pay the same bills from that particular device or from that particular paytm account having this current number. I have tried a lot but couldn't get it.
                      Please help.

                          This is regarding my last transaction towards dominos pizza online, day before yesterday 28th feb 2019, afternoon at 02:46 pm, i tried to place my order while choosing payment method as paytm.
                          After i gave my paytm otp then order got failed, and the amount of rs 433 got deducted from paytm wallet and did not get any order confirmation email. As expected, when i called dominos found that the order didnot get placed.

                            I tried to pay the Dominos order through paytm. The money was deducted from the paytm account but after that the request timed out. I was asked to retry and made a new transaction. Later on, I realized that money for previous transaction was also deducted from the paytm account.

                            I reached out to paytm and they say that money has been successfully sent to billdesk. Can you please look at my request and revert the money.

                              On 29.01.2019 I have made a transaction of rs 1012.51 to pay my National Pension trust contribution through eNPS portal. The money was deducted from my bank account but the billdesk failed to transfer the amount to eNPS India.

                              Can you kindly take necessary action to transfer my money to eNPS or refund back to my account details bellow:

                              Merchant reference number: National pensions trust

                              I have attached the payment reference screen shots and also the deduction from bank.
