      I have made the payment of my rbl credit card.. As from rbl app payment mode will be shown to make payment is rbl internet banking and bill disk so i have selected bill disk and from icici internet banking via bill disk i have made the payment of rupees 21, 728.69 on 11 jan 2018 but the payment has shown successful and the amount has been debited from my icici bank account but the payment has not happened to rbl credit card when i spoken to the rbl credit card support they said we have not received the payment

        I have made an online payment transaction towards kolhapur municipal corporation property tax on 28 dec 2018.
        The amount was rs 125/-
        My first transaction was failed so immediately i tried again & succeeded.

        My icici bank statement shows following details_
        Bil/onl/[protected]/kolhapur m/kmc_pici7046220/ko

        Rs 125/- debited but got a failure notice.
        Hence i tried one more transaction, the details are_
        Bil/onl/[protected]/kolhapur m/kmc_pici7046244/ko
        This one was successful & i got the receipt.

        I am yet to get back my failed transaction amount refund.

          I have paid lic premium on policy:[protected] amount twice through bill desk and lic refunded me rs 5798.60 as part of lic premium on policy:[protected] on jan 2nd 2019. Reason is "due already adjusted".

          I have received refund email from lic on jan 2nd 2019.

          But still i didn't received refund from bill desk. Please let me know the status?

          How many days it will take to refund the money from bill desk?

          But order not received... amount is deducted through bill desk ...were amount will refund or not..were 249 amount has not reflect in my account...

            The amount of 34000/- was deducted from my savings account but is still not visible in credit card payment even after 3 months. The transaction was done on 31-oct-2018. The transaction status is success but the money is not visible in credit card payment and the total due is just getting carry forward due to this. Please check and refund at earliest. Transaction identification number is pbmd[protected].

              I have made a payment on line through billdesk to wbsedcl via phonepay vide transaction id c1901051016415993499302 but billdesk neither made any confirmation to me nor the bill is paid in time & even till now. May i now request you to kindly look into this matter and to ensure me about the status of the transaction in a short while?? Where had the money gone?? Please do the needful and oblige.

                I have done a transaction for order through kfc app by paytm to kfc of rs 385 but after payment I found the transaction had done to billdesk food 1 then I confirm my order by calling kfc they said that they didn't receive any order but on paytm my transaction is suceasfully how the payment is done to billdesk food 1 when I pay to KFC

                  On 11/12/2018 I've made a bill payment OF BSNL of Rs. 703.00 though the mentioned amount got deducted from my bank account but according to them till date neither the payment has not been received at their end nor the money has been refunded to my account. Kindly look into the matter on urgent basis. Kindly find the attachment of bank statement attached herewith.

                        I have made a payment for LIC policy of Amt 1572/-. Amt deducted from my account but LIC has not received. I checked with bank they say money has been deducted from account and held by bill desk A/c No.[protected]. The transation was made on 28 Dec 2018. The next day LIC showed late fee and I again paid the policy including late fee. Please check

                          And completed payment using icici internet banking and after complete billdesk screen showing some error. And not completed status in union kvfee page.

                          Not any reply from last two days.?
                          While I was making payment of 41550 throngh net banking on my phone. Amount of Rs 41550 was deducted from my account but was not recieved by Garden City University Bangalore
                          Hi,

                          I was trying to book a ticket from Uttrakhand parivahan nigam website and funds were debited from my account but i couldn't book a ticket
                          I have ordered pizza from dominos online and selected paytm wallet as payment method, money was deducted from wallet but order is not registered at dominos even after 1hr.

                          Called to paytm and dominos but not successful. Amount of 899rs deducted from paytm as billdeskfood1

                            I had booked an indigo airticket from its website and i used paytm to make the payment. Amount was deducted from my paytm wallet but indigo shows payment not received. Its been 8 days since the incident and no refund has been issued. My ticket pnr is wb1wkl

                            I'm also attaching the details of transaction and the payment failure email from indigo.

                            Indigo has not received any payment from paytm upon confirmation. I request you to kindly help me in regard of this issue.

                              I tried to pay my electricity bill through upi and on vpa entering page instead of entering vpa i chose scan to pay. after payment i waited on the page for some time (approx 5-7 mins)and there was no change in the page. I then thought to enter my vpa and maybe it will detect it but even after that ther was no change. After some time i closed the page. The UPI reference number is '[protected]'.
                              The electric company is mahavitaran and my bank is icici.
                              My statement screenshot and the message i recieved have been attached.

                                We placed an order from Domino's and paid INR 581 using Paytm which was our billed amount. We weren't signed up on the website. The payment was successful but we did not receive even an order tracking ID. We inquired at the closest Domino's outlet if they had received an order from my no. +91 [protected], but they said they hadn't received an order. The screenshot of the paytm payment is attached. We'd like a refund for this ASAP.

                                  I have done the payment transfer to Bharti Axa Life Insurance Company via UPI payment gateway on the website of Bharti-axalife.com after clicking on make payment the website directed me to BIlldesk Juntion where I just scanned the QR code of Bharti Axa Life and payment was deducted immediately.

                                  I also received a message on my phone pe app with the transaction ID No as PIC[protected] FROM bILLDESK Jn for Rs 26467/-dated 31Dec 2018. Phone Pe also issued the transaction ID as P1812311106178055004811 which was transferred to UPI address [protected]@ICICI

                                  Till now the amount is not received by my BIller --Bharti Axa Life Insurance Co. Request you to kindly look into the matter and get the complete amount of Rs 26467/-refunded to my SBI account no[protected] via UPI gateway.

                                  I am reachable for any quarry on mob no [protected]

                                      I made payment using google pay through billdesk to tatasky for payment of 385. I made upi payment and then it showed the payement is not done and if the meney is deducted, mony will be put back in theree to four days.
                                      I again made the payment using google pay through bill desk, again it showed same message.
                                      Now i checked the transactions were being processed and both transactions were done and there was no cancellation button to cancel the transactions

                                      I placed order at dominos website on 28th November around 11:39 pm and paid through paytm. Money got deducted but order was never received by dominos. I called and checked but they never received the order.
