I tried to pay through bill desk. After submitting the OTP and clicking on the proceed option, the page showed "TRANSACTION CANCELLED". But I received a message from my Bank that Rs. 2300/- has been debited from my account. Totally disappointed. I want the refund ASAP. Tried to reach you over phone, but none of the contact numbers is working.

I have sent an email also, but have not received any response yet. Simply disgusting.

    I have done the payment for recharging my Jio phone number through Google Pay UPI. Rs. 398 money got deducted but recharge was not done.
    Could you please look into the issue and refund my money.

    Sir, I made a Hdfc credit card payment of Rs.20, 000/- on 09-oct-2018. The transaction status shows successful, but the amount not yet credited into my Hdfc credit card. Since I have not received e-mail from billdesk I don’t have the transaction ID and could not verify online. Kindly do the needful. My e-mail Id is thameem.[protected]@gmail.com

      Today i recharged for a jio number at application my jio
      My jio app has payment gateway integration provided by billdesk
      As i was sent to payment page provided by billdesk i selected UPI as mode of payment
      I entered upi address and submitted it
      As a result I came to a page saying login to account and authorize the payment
      I aurhorized payment of ₹349 to
      Indiaideas @icici but didn't recieved any recharge from jio
      I tried to contact all authorities regarding this (including jio, the bank from which money deducted) but i couldn't get any satisfactory reply from above parties.
      So i complained on consumer complaint forum
      Please help regarding this payment.

        On 9/10/2018 rs.1350 was paid through my icici credit card 5241 xxxx xxxx 9007 towards calcutta electric supply corporation ltd (Cesc) electricity bill payment for the month of september 2018. My customer id is [protected].
        Rs.1350 was debited from my card at 0.03 hrs on 9/10/2018 but amount was not credited towords cesc bill. Even though the amount was deducted for payment through bill desk gateway payment but no payment reference was generated. And cesc bill is showing due for payment.

                I made the online application on 5th october 2018 and made the payment for the same through my debit card. The amount (Rs600) was deducted from my account but it shows a payment failure on the online application site. I want to know if the payment is made or not. If not please refund the amount to my account. Also if payment is successful for the ibps clerk application please notify me.

                  I have done recharge of 2000 on 2 oct on apdcl prepaid meter no[protected]
                  Through debit card from my central bank debit card it is showing sorry card is in process we will do if we find our card after 5 min i got message.. Money debited from my account but not generated voucher code on apdcl prepaid meter voucher section when i m seeing it is not showing.. I have done again next transaction of 2000 then it is successful.. Voucher code is also generated then where my previous money gone... Kindly help refund my money please in my bank account or generated voucher code

                            I have made a payment of rs 1586.81 against my electricity bill through SBI internet banking using billdesk payment gateway on dt. 29 Sep 2018. Though it showed that the transaction was successful and even money was debited from my bank account but the same is not reflected when I view my electricity bill again. The transaction id is NSBI[protected]. How much time will it take to show that there's no outstanding amount left to be paid? Or if the payment is not received by the company when will my money be refunded? I look forward to hearing from you soon.

                                  I paid my XAT fees through BillDesk. Right after submitting the OTP, the screen became blank. I have not closed the page. I do not know if the payment has been made. If the payment has been made, I have not been given a confirmation. The same happened with the SNAP fees and it has been paid twice and the excess amount of Rs. 1750 has not yet been received back.

                                    Today 19/09/2018 i initiated online payment for LIC pay direct form using internet banking option which failed but money was deducted from my account at that time and an amount of rs. 826 was deducted. My LIC payment still showing pending and my LIC payment today is last date. Money has not been refunded
