Details: recharge for jio number tried and the recharge was not done but account has been debited with amount of rs:149. The payment was tried through bhim app.
The recharge was tried to jio number [protected]. The merchant site was [protected]@icici.
BillDesk customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Amount deducted from bank but electric bill not paid..please refund the amount
Made 2 payments of 8000 & 7000 respectively on 12th October for HDFC credit card through billdesk. Receive the Transaction success message in the browser after the payment was successful. But still, in my HDFC credit card account, these payments are not credited. Neither I have received the confirmation email against my payment

    I made online payment of rs.8550.14 to my lic policy no on 20th oct 2018. The amount has been deducted from my account but the transaction failed and the amount is not received by lic.

      On 10/10/18 12:31pm i order from dominos from paytm(BilldeskFood1) and when i order it my money is deducted but the order is not place then after the talk to dominos customer care he said that it will return in between 3-4 days

        I made a payment of 37000 under the email id [protected]@gmaiil.com to hdfc credit card and haven't received any transaction number yet, normallly i receive it within 15 minutes but it it is already 4 hours, the transaction date and time are 19th oct 2018 at 1:45 pm, the amount has been deducted from my account. Please look into the matter as soon as possible

          Sir, on 11th oct 2018, I paid 1325.26 Rs. through net banking on mgvcl.com as my electricity bill, but an error came by stating that the process can not be done this time, but at the same time amount has been deducted from icici bank.

          Today is 16th oct, 2018 4;15 p.m. I again checked my balance, but unfortunately, it has NOT been reverted in the bank again.

              I have paid my electricity bill on 12 Oct 2018 but still on pspcl website, it is showing my bill is due. Already money of RS 3050 has been debited from mother 's SBI account but money has not been transferred. Please see to it as today 15 Oct is last date of my bill payment .I'm attaching my SBI account summary and my due bill photos. I think problem in payment gateway somewhere please see to it.

                I have paid bses yamuna power limited bill of rs 1290 through bill desk on 14 oct 2018. The money has been deducted from my account but bses showed me transaction failed. The payment was made through icici debit+atm card. I request you to take necessary steps regarding it and try to resolve my problem asap. I can't afford to loose 1290 rs its a very big amount for me. Please help

                      I have done a payment via billdesk for aiims an amount of rs 1, 500 on 06 oct 2018, the above amount has been deducted from my account but the transaction was not done. As soon as i sumitted the otp screen froze and error message received after few minutes.

                      I recharged with 2000 in my apdcl account on 08.10.218 at 6.16 am baring consumer no[protected] name ratna nandi.. My bank account was debitted but no voucher code was generated...kindly provide me with my voucher generated code or else credit my account and provide me a solution at the earliest

                        I tried to pay through bill desk. After submitting the OTP and clicking on the proceed option, the page showed "TRANSACTION CANCELLED". But I received a message from my Bank that Rs. 2300/- has been debited from my account. Totally disappointed. I want the refund ASAP. Tried to reach you over phone, but none of the contact numbers is working.

                        I have sent an email also, but have not received any response yet. Simply disgusting.

                            Today i recharged for a jio number at application my jio
                            My jio app has payment gateway integration provided by billdesk
                            As i was sent to payment page provided by billdesk i selected UPI as mode of payment
                            I entered upi address and submitted it
                            As a result I came to a page saying login to account and authorize the payment
                            I aurhorized payment of ₹349 to
                            Indiaideas @icici but didn't recieved any recharge from jio
                            I tried to contact all authorities regarding this (including jio, the bank from which money deducted) but i couldn't get any satisfactory reply from above parties.
                            So i complained on consumer complaint forum
                            Please help regarding this payment.

                              On 9/10/2018 rs.1350 was paid through my icici credit card 5241 xxxx xxxx 9007 towards calcutta electric supply corporation ltd (Cesc) electricity bill payment for the month of september 2018. My customer id is [protected].
                              Rs.1350 was debited from my card at 0.03 hrs on 9/10/2018 but amount was not credited towords cesc bill. Even though the amount was deducted for payment through bill desk gateway payment but no payment reference was generated. And cesc bill is showing due for payment.
                              BillDesk customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                              My transaction was successful but recharge not done my upi transaction id[protected] and my google transaction id-CICAgKCCofSSYA please my fund is refund
                              KFC ordered on 10/08/18 at 2pm.paid through paytm.billdesk ppt[protected] and paytm id.[protected].
                              Suddenly network was down payment has been deducted but order not completed. Now how can I get my payment back.kindly advice and do the need full.

But this money got deducted from my paytm account but not received by domino's. So please look into this issue.
