I have done recharge of 2000 on 2 oct on apdcl prepaid meter no[protected]
Through debit card from my central bank debit card it is showing sorry card is in process we will do if we find our card after 5 min i got message.. Money debited from my account but not generated voucher code on apdcl prepaid meter voucher section when i m seeing it is not showing.. I have done again next transaction of 2000 then it is successful.. Voucher code is also generated then where my previous money gone... Kindly help refund my money please in my bank account or generated voucher code

          I have complained to LIC matter is still pending, immediate refund of money debited is requested

            I have made a payment of rs 1586.81 against my electricity bill through SBI internet banking using billdesk payment gateway on dt. 29 Sep 2018. Though it showed that the transaction was successful and even money was debited from my bank account but the same is not reflected when I view my electricity bill again. The transaction id is NSBI[protected]. How much time will it take to show that there's no outstanding amount left to be paid? Or if the payment is not received by the company when will my money be refunded? I look forward to hearing from you soon.

                  I paid my XAT fees through BillDesk. Right after submitting the OTP, the screen became blank. I have not closed the page. I do not know if the payment has been made. If the payment has been made, I have not been given a confirmation. The same happened with the SNAP fees and it has been paid twice and the excess amount of Rs. 1750 has not yet been received back.

                        I was making kreditbee loan repayment online payment. I was asked to choose mode of payment. I choosed upi instead of debit card. When i clicked upi it asked me my vpa which is virtual payment address. After i typed my vpa it asked me to login my upi app. When i logged into upi app i found one notification requesting 5094.06rs which was my kreditbee repayment amount. And i have contacted my bank regarding this problem and they have said that the amount has been debited from my account for bill desk..

                                    Regarding this today i done payment through upi my payment debited from my account but my invoice is still pending so please do needful as your earliest, i done my payment through upi i got msg that your payment is successful but my invoice is still pending. I am a lic merchant portal user, lic give me password for premium collection of polsy holders, so i collected 22012 through this portal and this amount remittance in lic within 24 hours, therefore i use upi for this but on 19/09/18 when i did this msg displayed on my desk that payment is successful and such amount debited from my account but my invoice shows that it is pending and that's why portal is not open for further transaction so request to you please solve my this problem as your earliest,
