I have done the payment through phonepe app to ajio app which is processed by billdesk and but it did not receive ajio from your side and my order is not confirmed in ajio app but money has been deducted from my account. When i complained about the issue to phonepe they said that my payment is successful at billdesk and they asked to raise issue on billdesk. I have done the payment on 14th of August. I have made NPS Tier 1 payment of amounting INR 10023.60 on 10.08.2022. The amount is deducted from my bank account however same is not credited in my NPS Tier 1 account.

I was making a contribution of 4500 RS to my e-NPS account (National Pension System) through Bill Desk payment gateway today (Aug 03, 2022) but the transaction failed before taking me to NPS confirmation page. Amount has been debited from my SBI bank account but not credited to my NPS account.

A electricity bill payment was made from BillDesk via SBI Account's UPI. The money was debited from my account but was not credited to Tata Power, bill payment. As BillDesk showed payment error.
Tried contacting BillDesk but can't, don't get why they are even there if they can't do things properly. Please i need my money back !
