    I have paid 2000 rupees from my mother SBI account to IIFL pay to my sister account
    Amount debited from my mother account but it not debited to my sister gold loan.
    While we asking in branch they said it not shown in our system.

    Where is our money? In SBI they given transaction ID for that debited amount payment paid to IIFL. Pls tell as solution for my money 2000

      Hi,

      I have paid my LIC premium online and selected the bill desk options to pay the premium but after approve the transaction, premium receipt not generated. However the premium amount is debited from my account.

      Kindly advice for the same.

        I tried paying for my friend's NPTEL course, my money got debited from the bank but the payment status was failed.
        The money hasn't been refunded till now.

        My money got debited while the payment status showed failed. However, my friend immediately paid again after which the payment status showed successful but the amount got debited twice and it was only successful after the second time.
        Bill desk has not refunded the debited amount yet.
        Please do so at the earliest, some people need that amount of money for other needs too.

          NPS-PRAN number not generated but money got debited from bank

          500 from NPS PORTAL on 5.9.22 (12:41 am). The amount is deducted from my account but I have not received my PRAN NUMBER yet. Please advise and find my attached screenshot of the payment details.

                          On 26 August 2022, 11:48 PM.I had done a transaction using BillDesk payment gateway(UPI) to TPWODL(Tata Power Western Odisha Distribution Limited) to pay my electricity bill but it was not successful because Rs 514 was deducted from my account and it did not reflect in TPWODL'S website.So please help me with it as soon as possible.

                            I am writing this complaint to inform you that my name is suvam chatterjee, My enrollment number is WBPSC[protected]
                            After filling form of District Officer (Adv No.04/2022], When i trying to pay my exam fees rs 211.89, After transaction PSCWB page showed " Sorry! your session is expired", . So I tried 2 times (1st on 30/8/22 and 2nd on 31/08/22), And 2 times deducted my money. Total 211.89*2=423.78 Rs. Please Refund my extra 211.89 Rs, And updated my form that paid.

                              I was making a contribution of 12 thousand to my e-NPS account (National Pension System) through Bill Desk payment gateway today (Aug 30, 2022) but the transaction failed before taking me to NPS confirmation page. Amount has been debited from my ICICI bank account but not credited to my NPS account.

                                This company seems to be a cheating company. It is not small amount but more than 100K INR amount got deducted from my account when I was trying to pay my credit card bill but it is showing that the payment failed.

                                I work in the area of API integration. Generally, when the API is failed, it should revert the money to my account in maximum 5 to 10 minutes. It is been more than an hour but the money is not credited back to my account.

                                The worst part is that they don't even have a customer service contact number to speak to.

                                All you can do is lodge a complaint via web portal which we don't know who and when will they respond to.

                                These kind of companies to should not be given licensed to run these big transactions.

                                Very disappointed and worried about myoney that when will I get back.

                                It is hard earned money. You should not play with our money.

                                Sorry to say but it is an idiotic application to me.

                                  While registering for the NPTEL exam after entering OTP for payment it showed a blank page with a page error. Got an email from the NPTEL stating the confirmation of successful payment of exam registration fees and money was also deducted from the bank. But on the NPTEL course page, my course is being shown in the "unpaid" list and the payment status is "payment_initiated". My UPI reference number:[protected]
                                  Please look into this matter as most urgent as the deadline for the NPTEL payment is near.
