Hi,

I tried to recharge my Tatasky account with Rs.220 using Google Pay on 13-Sep-2022 11:17am. The amount got debited from my Account but my account is not recharged yet.

Tatasky Subscriber ID: [protected]
Google pay UPI Transaction ID :[protected]Please find the attached screenshot for reference).

I tried reaching Gpay customer care, They ask me to check with the merchant by saying Gpay is just a payment gateway. So. When I check with Tatasky customer care they ask me to check with Gpay. Because I made payment on Gpay not on Tatasky.

Please help me to resolve this issue.

          I have made a payment of Rs. 2500 through BHIM SBI PAY ( [protected]@okaxis ) agsinst recharge of pre paid electricity meter of APDCL. Transanction was successful and amount was debited of bank account. But did nit receive the voucher code
          I have recharged my APDCL ASSAMprepaid electricity meter for Rs.2500 on 01/01/2022 through upi pay BHIM SBI. The amount is debited from my bank account but did not receive my voucher till now. Plz refund my amount

            Hi I have made Rs 65000 credit card bill payment via Gpay( run by BilldeskTez) for my axis credit card ending 6084. However Bill desk team confirmed that this payment is credit to another axis credit card ending 5661.

            I dont know why the amount to another card when I entered my credit card details on gpay app. Bill desk seems playing around with my money of Rs 65000. After being chased also i dont see any proper response. Im loosing my mental health and wasting lot of time chasing by leaving my office work family behind. I need help on the refund of Rs 65000 along with some pentaly to bill desk team for making this error and spoiling my time and energy.

                I have paid 2000 rupees from my mother SBI account to IIFL pay to my sister account
                Amount debited from my mother account but it not debited to my sister gold loan.
                While we asking in branch they said it not shown in our system.

                Where is our money? In SBI they given transaction ID for that debited amount payment paid to IIFL. Pls tell as solution for my money 2000

                  Hi,

                  I have paid my LIC premium online and selected the bill desk options to pay the premium but after approve the transaction, premium receipt not generated. However the premium amount is debited from my account.

                  Kindly advice for the same.

                    I tried paying for my friend's NPTEL course, my money got debited from the bank but the payment status was failed.
                    The money hasn't been refunded till now.
                    BillDesk customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                    My money got debited while the payment status showed failed. However, my friend immediately paid again after which the payment status showed successful but the amount got debited twice and it was only successful after the second time.
                    Bill desk has not refunded the debited amount yet.
                    Please do so at the earliest, some people need that amount of money for other needs too.
