I paid my monthly cesc electric bills for consumer nos.[protected] and [protected] for rs.2980/- and 640/- respectively for the month of march, 2018 through my debit card. Unfortunately, no receipts were generated but the amounts were debited from my account. I wrote to cesc re the problem but they said that since they didnt receive the payments, nothing can be done from their side. Incidentally, cesc bills for match, 2018 is still shown as outstanding.

Kindly arrange to refund the amounts immediately including the rebate which i didnt get for no fault of mine. Awaiting an early action on your part.

      If this is not the right place for this complint, someone please suggest me where should I complaint further?
      I did payment in aptet website. When I try to do application it showing wrong journal number. But I entered as per receipt details journal number NHMP[protected]
      References I'd is APTM[protected] name is Malichetla Surendra Goud and date of payment May 10 in 2018
      I have made a payment through paytm to a order in KFC. the paytm shows that the payment has been successfully made to billdesk but order did not take place. how do i get back the money? order id is -NPT[protected]
      I have recharged RS.149/-on jio no-[protected] vide Bill desk -NCNB[protected] through Canara bank net banking . transaction was successful and transaction no-[protected] generated but plan is activated till now.

        Sir, we paid a bsnl landline billfor rs.1, 272/- dt.[protected] through billdesk, bank of baroda online. But today my above bill is unpaid.

        Please solve my above case. You send me a refund/paid my above bill. We awaiting for your positive reply.

        My last my jio online recharge rs.399/- is same problem. You solve my above problem after 8-10 days. You should solve my same problem immediately. You say me my above bsnl bill paid or not. We awaiting for your reply eagerly.

          bill amount taken but not credited to my apepdcl electricity bill

          Payment Rs. 1151/- deducted from my bank for my electrical bill(APEPDCL) through your payment gateway on[protected] . But the same amount is not credited to my APEPDCL electrical bill . still (as on[protected] it is showing the outstanding amount in bill . the payment reference is given bellow which is registered in my andhra bank account, for your reference.

          Today at 12:40pm, i made payment using sbi internet banking, tovrecharge my bsnl prepaid plan. The amount rs110 was deducted from my account, but not recharged to my phone. Bsnl customer care executive told me to wait for one hour if recharged failed you complaint to payment gateway. The transaction id appeared was nsbi[protected]igadmpplx6. Please do the needful tobrefund the amount

            This is the text recieved but there was error in the dominoes app during payment. No order was done. So a refund is expected. This has happened twice with me so finally I thought of complaining as my hard earned money went in vein.

              I have paid my axis bank credit card bill payment. The payment failed however the amount was deducted from my ICICI bank account. Please look into it and refund the amount of 25000 which has been deducted back to my ICICI bank account. I am attaching the image as well for the reference.

              Please refund the amount ASAP because I need to pay my credit card bill by tomorrow. Tomorrow is the last day of paying the bill

                1. The matter for recharge of my Jio no. [protected] through quick pay remain pending. On 17 Apr 18 request for recharge of my Jio no.was processed which didn't matteralised till date.

                2. The SBI has confirmed that the payment made through SBI debit card has been successfully settled to the Merchant via transaction ref. No. LSM[protected] for RS.399/-". The amount has been recd by merchant on 17 Apr 18.

                3. Further, I request you to refund my amount of Rs.399/- against the recharge of my Jio no. is not settled and remains unresolved.

                  The amount was deducted when I paid for Domino's Pizza online. But no order was received by the restaurant. I paid INR539 from my paytm wallet and the amount got deducted but the order did not get placed.

                        Hi, i have paid my credit card bill on 04.05.2018 and the last date to make payment is 05.05.2018. I see no amount in my card which i have paid, didn't even receive any email of payment. It just says the traction is successful. When you make such platforms to make payments y can't you make sure it works well, because it very critical that i might encounter fine if the payment has not been made on time. I am not ready to pay a single rupee of fine if my payment has not been processed. Kindly reply me back on this issue.

                            It's 4th may, 6 days have passed, still the payment is not credited. For any late fee, who would be responsible. As india doesn't have any strict rules for consumer benefits that's why you guys always cheat customers.

                              On 02.05.2018 @ 10.51 a. M. I have done net banking transaction for online payment of recharging dth currency to tata sky rs.1, 300.00 (One thousand three hundred only).

                              This amount has debited from my sb account, not credited to the tata sky id.

                              I have contacted tata sky customer care they have confirmed that the have not received rs.1300.

                              Again i have contacted corporation bank they tell that the payment has been successfully settled to the merchant via transaction reference number ncrp[protected] for rs.1300.00

                              Kindly refund my amount ot my sb account.

                                axis bank credit card payment failed but my bank account debited

                                Hi,
                                ​i had paid rs 1, 36, 441.38 (One lac thirty six thousand four hundred forty one rupees & thirty eight paisa)
                                On 02/05/2018 as my axis bank credit card bill through billdesk from my karur vysys bank account. My transaction failed but rs. 1, 36, 441.38/ debited from my karur vysya bank account.

                                    On 25th I tried paying through paytm for a dominos order(303). The payment showed unsuccessful and I had to pay for it upon delivery in cash (Rs. 730).
                                    The very next day I received a message stating the following:
