Hello,

Yesterday i have paid citi bank credit card payment through billdesk in that time transaction successful but after 1 min sms recieved that could not procceed with reference number nhdf[protected] the payment was done by hdfc netbanking and the amount has been deducted.
Kindly confirm the reason and revert my money asap.

Citi bank credit card payment done but sms recieved with this reference number could not proceed but the amount has been deducted from my account.It was trough billdesk and hdfc netbanking.The amount is 10769
The amount was deducted when I paid for Domino's Pizza online. But no order was received by the restaurant. I paid INR539 from my paytm wallet and the amount got deducted but the order did not get placed.

      Billdesk team,

      This is to bring to your notice that today at 16.44, i made the payment using state bank of india internet banking, the amount was deducted from my account successfully. But the amount was not recharged to my bsnl prepaid broadband account, the transaction id which appeared in my bank statement was nsbi[protected]igadlyawj0. Please kindly do the needful to refund the amount.

        Hi, i have paid my credit card bill on 04.05.2018 and the last date to make payment is 05.05.2018. I see no amount in my card which i have paid, didn't even receive any email of payment. It just says the traction is successful. When you make such platforms to make payments y can't you make sure it works well, because it very critical that i might encounter fine if the payment has not been made on time. I am not ready to pay a single rupee of fine if my payment has not been processed. Kindly reply me back on this issue.

          i was filling exam from sso id at rajasthan .i have payment through phone pay upi. payment has been succesfully debited from my account but emitra billdesk shown a error and payment of 376.94 not credited to my account back .
          that concern is related to 26 april 2018.
          phone pay say that marchent is responsible for this incident because we sent money to marchent successfully. and we have generated utr no.

            I've made hsbc credit card payment through billdesk on the following time stamp[protected]:09:57 of amount 27016.60. Reference number is: nici[protected]
            It's 4th may, 6 days have passed, still the payment is not credited. For any late fee, who would be responsible. As india doesn't have any strict rules for consumer benefits that's why you guys always cheat customers.

              Dear sir/madam,

              On 02.05.2018 @ 10.51 a. M. I have done net banking transaction for online payment of recharging dth currency to tata sky rs.1, 300.00 (One thousand three hundred only).

              This amount has debited from my sb account, not credited to the tata sky id.

              I have contacted tata sky customer care they have confirmed that the have not received rs.1300.

              Again i have contacted corporation bank they tell that the payment has been successfully settled to the merchant via transaction reference number ncrp[protected] for rs.1300.00

              Kindly refund my amount ot my sb account.

                axis bank credit card payment failed but my bank account debited

                Hi,
                ​i had paid rs 1, 36, 441.38 (One lac thirty six thousand four hundred forty one rupees & thirty eight paisa)
                On 02/05/2018 as my axis bank credit card bill through billdesk from my karur vysys bank account. My transaction failed but rs. 1, 36, 441.38/ debited from my karur vysya bank account.

                Also i am attaching the screenshot of the transaction...

                I tried to pay ras -2018 (Rajesthan administrative service) fees through bill desk payment gateway 2 times but amount has been deducted and no payment has been made.

                    On 25th I tried paying through paytm for a dominos order(303). The payment showed unsuccessful and I had to pay for it upon delivery in cash (Rs. 730).
                    The very next day I received a message stating the following:
                    Hi there
                    You just made a successful payment of Rs. 730.00 at BilldeskFood1 For future reference your order id is NPT[protected].

                    This is literally duping people of their money. extremely disappointed. Haven't received any refund and was made to PAY FOR THE SAME ORDER TWICE !!

                      On 27/04/2018 at 16:28:39 my canara bank account was debited with rs.812.00 (Txn id[protected] when i paid the subject tax going into corporataion's web site https://www.kmcgov.in/KMCPortal/KMCPortalFSPaymentAction.do

                      And the payment was routed through billdesk as earlier. But tax is not paid though my account (Cnara bank account number[protected], ifs code cnrb0003294) is debited.

                      I used debit card+atm pin option.

                      Please recredit the amount to my bank account.

                          This is to inform you that while paying of kolkata municipal corporation (Kmc) property tax online, the amount got deducted from my bank a/c but this did not get credited to kmc a/c due to failure in online transaction. I have checked kmc website and it is still showing the amount as unpaid. Even i asked with my bank and they confirmed that they have released the amount from their end.

                              I had made the payment to bsnl landline connection through the bsnl portal and chose billdesk as payment gateway.
                              The transaction was not successful. It said transaction could not be completed sorry for the inconvenience, but my amount 1404 was debited from my icici bank account. The transaction id is bil[protected].
                              I am checking teh bsnl portal the payment is not reflecting.
                              Please check this and either correct the payment or refund the money back to the account.

                                I did not get credit of my jio phone recharge, though account was debited in the following transaction:

                                    I paid my electricity bill on the 9th of march thru internet banking and the amount of rs.1666 got deducted immediately but the dept says that they have not received the amount and the transaction is a failure whereas the bank is saying that the bill desk payment gateway has confirmed that the payment has been made. the payment gateway is saying the ref number for the transaction is LOBC[protected] but the electricity department is saying there is no such transaction. the money has been debited from my account and i have been going for more than a month to both the places but they are just blaming one another and now the new bills have come with this arrears which they are asking me to pay. request you to pls chk with sbi billdesk gateway thru which i paid the bill in goa or to tell the bank to give me proof that it has been paid. if both of them say that they don't have the money then where has it gone and my acct is debited . pls tell them to reverse the amount back if poss.thank you

                                    this is reg comp id 1936294. i have received a mail from the bill desk of oriental bank of commerce that the transaction of 1666 is a success and have forwarded it to the electricity dept. so nw the problem lies with the electricity dept in goa who has to follow up with their sbi bill desk. am sending the copy of the mail to you . request you to pls follow up thank you
