Money lost during bill desk payment using sbi debit account.

I tried to recharge my number with bsnl 78 data offer. The amount was debited from my account but it did not reflect on my mobile number. I repeated the same and again i lost another 78 rs.

I don't know what happened, but overall i lost 156 rs from my account trying to do the recharge. Kindly refund all the amount back to its source.

I got the below provided information in my number during the process.

    What does this mean

    Pbe10002-invalid transaction on card

    I tried to pay on kfc's website using my debit card and i keep getting this message every time i pay.
    I was trying to buy food online for delivery to care hospital in banjara hills in hyderabad, payment is approved from my bank i got a pin in sms to confirm the transaction which i did.
    Any info will be helpful thanks....

    Dear sir,

    I paid today a challan of rs. 2061/- bearing inb/[protected]/state bank collect payments (Billdesk) transaction nos amount debited from my axis bank but no challan generated against this transaction, i again paid that amount but till now amount not credit in my bank. Pls look into matter as early as possible

      I tried to book kerala s r tc ticket today...after entering otp my balance got detected @10 : 19 pm.but after that the billdesk page was not loaded successfully and showed " Sorry we are unable to process ur transportation " .i didnt got my ticket even after my money got deducted.
      It was a ticlet from guruvayoor to bangalore. Ticket fare 651rs(got deducted from my IOB bank account).please to refund seeing thr above details or send me my ticket..this is not fair..dissapointed..please do something about this.

      Today I tried to book Seat No.1 by KSRTC Trip code 1003BNGCBT under Reference OB32349029 and the answer was failure. but I want the specific date, seat and trip. It is not clear how the transaction became a failure when I make the transactions to BESCOM, BSNLand once for IRCTC through your payment mode and the aims have always been successful. You had a column for Debit Cards and no alternative means of payment by credit card. Pleas look into the matter and advise me how to make payment in the same bus.

        Amount deducted from my bank account, but payment failure made to ojee against bill no[protected], i have paid through net banking on 10.03.18 Saturday.
        Please help me i have suffered from this problem, last date of submitting application is 20.03.18, please help me and to give me a solution. Its urgent
        I paid through my paytm wallet on 19.03.18 and the amount got deducted twice but Dominos didn't receive any order, though INR 327 was received by BILLDESK.
        I have also attached the transaction IDs that shows that I paid the amount to BILLDESK.

                Amount of rs 435 was paid to bill desk for idea cellular for idea post paid mobile no [protected] from icici bank account no[protected] on 16/3/18 af 14:51 hrs.                     I made an electricity bill payment to west bengal state electricity distribution company limited (Wbsedcl) through icici bank net banking on 14/03/2018 for rs. 136.88 + taxes. An amount of rs. 141.60 has been debited from my bank account instantly but the amount has not been not credited to the payee (Wbsedcl).

                    I have cross-checked in wbsedcl site and it shows pending status.

                              I made an online payment for bsnl recharge for rs 187 through sbi billdesk on march 10. The amount was debited from my bank account at 12:56 pm but the balance was not credited till date. It showed "sorry, we are unable to process your request right now. We apologize for any inconvenience.". Can you please refund the amount?

                                Dear sir,
                                I am attempted to pay my bsnl land line/broad band bill through bsnl portal. When i click on the option "pay", it asked me, which way you want to pay either by credit card or debit card or by bank. I selected the option by canara bank net banking and requested me thruogh which gate way you want to pay. I selected the billdesk gate way and completed the all ne banking steps, and it asked me submit and further to confirm. Once i confirmed from canara bank otp generated and transaction password has been provided. I click to proceed. It gives an error telling billdesk gate way experiencing problem, try after some time. By the time, i got massage from canara bank t. Hat an amount of rs. 788/- has been deducted from my canara bank account but bsnl web site shows still payment pending. After half an hour i tried once again and same thing happened. So two times rs.788/- has been debited from my canara bank account. (Total rs.1576/-) but not paid to my bsnl account.
                                I am herewith furnishing full details regarding my bank details, and land line details. I am requesting you either pay the amount to bsnl accont or refund to my bank accont rs.1576/- (Rs.788/- +788/-)

                                    I made online payment for railrbothdrcard, mumbai on 10.03.18 at 16:46:03 hrs through my bob bank debit card. But my transaction was unsuccessful due to technical problem. But my amount of rs. 500 was deducted from my account. No transaction id was not found. Again i have applied online payment at 16:49:56 hrs. I paid another transaction. This time my transaction was successful. So i want to refund yesterday's deduction amount.                                       Today i tried to pay my landline/broadband bill through bill desk gateway on bsnl website. I provided my debit card informations to bill desk page and clicked submit. But it returned a message “reason: sorry! We are unable to process your transaction” amount of 1649 was debited from my syndicate bank account. They also didnt send mail about the transaction.
