On saturday march 03 20:42:35 ist 2018 i did my reliance bill payment of rs 2330 but it failed still it deducted amount from my debit card my transaction reference no is relpu3c49fe8a27f9f1aee188. Please inform me is the status has been done or not if it is when will i get my amount refunded. Please check in the matter very soon. Help me what should i do next....

Sir,
I have paid the bsnl bill through billdesk on 28.02.2018 for rs.768. My account was debited with rs.768 but bill was not cleared due to network problem. Again the same was paid through the billdesk. The amount debited earlier was not credited so far. Kindly solve the issue by crediting of rs.768 which is laid with billdesk.

We tried paying bsnl chennai telephone bills online through https://portal2.bsnl.in portal.

The bill amount has been debited from our bank account but not reflecting with the service provider nor did we get any bills for the amount paid.

I got call from delhi high court that my idea no [protected] payment is due. The person was threatening like anything. Let me know why such reputed company like idea is doing such unacceptable things with customers. Is the idea taking ownership for such misbehavior with their customer?

Yesterday i pay my lic policy through gateway - billdesk and choose bank "icicibank" - netbanking format. When i pay my lic payment bank deducted my amount against lic policy "[protected]", meanwhile your billdesk portal is shutting down.

So, requesting you to please share my policy amount status.

This is very ridiculous situation. I was recharging at my jio number : [protected] of rs 349 and i did the payment amount got debited from my account and at the bill desk i got the error.
