Address: Medical counselling Committee West Bengal (India)

Payment made to WBMCC Rs. 2000.00 via Bill Desk from my HDFC net baking account dt on 24/10/2022. trans. ref: "YHDF[protected]/BILLDKWESTBENGALSTAT" Bank chq/ref:[protected] transaction was not successfully processed but deducted from my account. Then another payment was made which was successfully through my HDFC credit card ref. "YHMP[protected]" on same day.
Requesting to refund my that payment was made through net banking account with proper enquiry.

    I done 5000rs contribution to Nps Account of my Wife but 5000rs deducted from my account and transaction showing not successful on Billdesk plateform.

      Myself Alace Rai. I am West Bengal PSC WBCS 2023 Candidate.

      After filling WBCS (EXECUTIVE) 2023.
      When i trying to pay my exam fees rs 211.88. After transaction PSCWB page showed " Sorry! Please Try Again", screenshot attached. So I tried a second time and it showed the same message but deducted my money. Total 211.89*2=423 78.
      My status still shows that the fees hasn't been payed.
      Please help resolve this issue and refund the money deducted as soon as possible

            I tried to register for noc23-me28 course exam. Rs. 1000 was debited from my account through Google Pay UPI on 27-FEB-2023 - "UPI TXN: /[protected]IIT BILLDESK/IITMADRAS/iit.[protected]@hdfcbank/HDFC0000499/417212023022700010017662...⇄

            But the billdesk screen showed Error: "Sorry we were unable to process your transaction. We apologize for inconvenience and request you to try again later."

            Kindly resolve the matter at the earliest since this will affect chances of getting nearest exam centre.

              I was making a contribution of 10000 to my e-NPS account (National Pension System) through Bill Desk payment gateway 0n 22.03.23 but the transaction failed before taking me to NPS confirmation page. Payment has been made from BHIM UPI and amount has been debited from my SBI bank account.

                Please refer to Transaction Identification Number: XSBI[protected] amounting to Rs 7700 dated 17.02.2023, XBOI[protected] amounting to Rs 7698.70 dated 15.02.2023, XBOI[protected] amounting to Rs 6990.70 dated 22.01.2023 wherein I have made payment for HDFC Bank credit card on the above mentioned dates but these payments till date haven't been successful despite getting confirmation from Billdesk.

                Now HDFC Bank has charged me Late Fees and GST because of non payment of bill. This is harassment as it is piling agony on me without my fault and impacting my creditibility.

                    I was registering for my nptel exam and I paid money of rs.1000 through phonepe. My money got debited but it's showing error and I haven't received any conformation mail for my exam registration...Please look into it and refund my money as soon as possible.

                        I paid bsnl payment through billdesk internetbanking and amount debited from my kvb savings account which is still no credited to bsnl. So kindely look through make the payment for bsnl bill reference no [protected] of kvb and transction id fcdr[protected] of bsnl.

                            I have paid my e-challan from e-challan website through BillDesk on Sunday 12th Feb 2023 at 03:53 PM and the payment got successful and the money got deducted. Still I see, it is showing as unpaid on e-challan website.
