    Hi, i had paid rs 399 towards [protected]@icici through upi app. The amount got debited from account, the transaction was success. But it's not credited to jio. I had called jio customer care and they said they didn't receive the payment. Could you please refund this amount.

      I applied for mat 2017 december and completed payment through yes bank netbanking. Amount of 1500inr got debited from account through ref no.net txn: billdesk jybk[protected] aima but application process couldn't be completed. I want 1500 to be credited back to my account.
      In application portal third no. Complete payment option box is still unchecked, i don't understand the reason behind it. Either it should be checked or 1500 should be credited back to account.. Please sort out the matter asap..

        Respected sir,
        I'm kalyani borkar have mistakenly paid bill twice for my number 26643922 with the merchant mtnl against the orders [protected] & [protected] with the operator reference number 4220691 & 4220697. I paid this amount (892+892) through paytm. I wanted to know that would that amount will be adjusted in the next bill or it will be refunded?

            I attempted to pay the fees of neet pg examination on 1 november 2017 first via bank of india then via state bank of india. Both the times amount was debited from my account while the transaction was unsuccessful from merchant's side.
            This scam of a payment gateway took the money twice against the same bill no.
            When i complained, i was told that we have fwd the issue to merchant to resolve... It has been a week and they have stopped responding to emails also.
            Upon contacting the bank i was told that the issue was with payment gateway which was billdesk but those scamsters don't even respond to mails.. I am fed up
            I have been scammed for 7500 bucks with the amount being 3750 rs debited twice from different accounts

              I recharged my Jio number [protected] through paytm wallet only 459 only through Txn ID: [protected] on but deduct my amount on dated NOV 8 2017 for an amounting to rs1836/- through but recharge was not successful but recharge amount deducted from my paytm account.                   I have made recharge of jio 499 through jio.com with the option of paytm wallet and the transaction was successful from paytm side with the ref no jpt[protected] on 31oct2017
                  Request you to check the payment history of your application and resend the amount back to the concern paytm wallet.
                  Even i have received the mail from pgsupport regarding the successful transaction and hereby sending you the photo of the same.

                    I started an online transaction on 7 november 2017 at 4:30pm amounting rs.1287.00 using hdfc netbanking to pay bsnl broadband bill on portal. Bsnl.in using billdesk payment gateway. The amount was debited from my account but the transaction was interrupted inspire of a fast internet connection, and the transaction failed, the bsnl website did not identify the transaction being completed. It would be of great help if you could either transfer the money to bank through the billdesk gateway, or refund the amount directly back to my savings bank account.

                        I have ordered autopearl bike body cover for my two wheeler from amazon which redirected to payment processing gateway billdesk.com debited 1199 -/ inr from my andhra bank netbanking account on 06nov2017 but the billdesk payment gateway not sent money to amazon... My transaction is failed by amazon as the bill desk payment get way did not send money debited from my bank... Please do needful earliest today...

                          Sir, on 04/011/2017 i made a transaction for rs.4440/- to renew my car insurance, through service provider covernest.com. I tried to renew the existing policy of new india assurance company. The policy number is[protected]. The money was debited.Transaction id is: newindinsw txn#ju[protected]. The policy is not renewed. Due date for renewal of policy is 05/11/2017. Kindly credit the amount to my account, so that i can use it to renew....

                          I had submitted hdfc credit card payment through in billdesk 2/11/2017 email has been received but any confirmation mail not received in hdfc.                             ccc का ऑनलाइन भुगतान किया था .

                                I have made my bsnl land line bill for rd.1163 through sbi net banking on 29.10.2017 at 19.00hrs vide transaction id (Ba portal) no. Fcdr[protected] and sbi transaction id no. Igacgyfon4. But it is informed through ba portal that the transaction was failed. Also the amount of rs.1163 is debited from my account. Kindly intervene and make necessary arrangements to credit rd.1163 at the earliest.

                                  I had booked on line thro the tnstc portal for travel from tiruvannamalai to chennai adyar thro the ultra deluxe bus for journey on 5.11.17 by the 15.15 scheduled dep bus with route no 123b. Payment of rs179 was made and confirmed through the icici credit card. However, the booking of my requested seat no 5 was not confirmed and no confirmation message or mail has been received. The seat is now showing as available for booking. Pl confirm reservation or arrange for refund of the amount to my card account

                                    I made a bill payment on 27th oct 2017 at 11.30 pm towards mtnl bill of rs 1025 through visa debit card. As i made payment the bill was not generated or rather i would say the receipt was not generated. Please look into the matter and kindly credit payment to mtnl. I would request to credit the amount as soon as possible yo mtnl so that they don't charge any fine on my landline bill.
