I have recharged my jio number by rs.309 through billdeskutil by paytm but i have not got the amount on number. Because it got failed but amount has been deducted from my paytm wallet. Plz fix this problem. Or tell weather it will refunded in paytm wallet. Plz help me out in this. Or kindly send me the instruction for resolving this problem.

Sir, I recharge the JIO309 plan in BILLDESK gateway to paytm help. And recharge Amount was debited in my account. But I am didn't receive the any confirmation message of two side in BILLDESK website and JIO mobile operator. So, kindly do the recharge or refund the my amount. My jio num:[protected].. but money was debited from my account.

    I tried two transaction of rs.400 in favour of pondicherry university on 12th april 2017 and on 13th april 2017, that is total amount rs.800. Transaction was failed, but amount was debited from accounts.

    These are two accounts from where amount was debited. I request you kindly return money.

    I just now recharged my jio no. [protected] with Rs 309 by netbanking and I have seen the message ' hot payment successful ' and my bank account got debited.But mobile recharge didn't happen.I would like to know where my money has gone if jio didn't received it, and I want my money refunded as soon as possible.

      On 31st march 2017, i tried to recharge to my bsnl mobile through your gateway. But twice an amount of rs.487/- (Each time) i. E., a total amount of rs.974/- is debited to my credit card. But the recharge has not taken place. The confirmation i have also got from bsnl that the transaction has failed. Kindly arrange to give back the credit to my credit card.

          While paying for UTIITSL MUMBAI on 12th April 2017 through Billdesk an amount of Rs.107 deducted from SBI account but the transaction failed.
          Reference no. of the transaction is OTHPG 862691.
          The transaction was made using SBI debit card. The payment is neither received by UTIITSL nor credited in the account even after so many days.
          I want the amount to be refunded as soon as possible.

                Same issue I recharged my jio number [protected] on 05.04.17 using my Jio app but till today no recharge is done. With reference to complaint made to Paytm, they confirmed through email that payment is successful and it's transferred to Jio. This is the fourth day and Jio neither done the recharge nor did anything to refund
                I had paid amount Rs 309 through jio apps using paytm option, payment has already debited from bank and this amount is being under billdeskutil. But not yet any confirmation received from jio, so I do not understand whether this amoint will be addad to jio by later or not, if not then how I can recovery this amount from billdeskutil..please help

                                    with bill desk and my wallet transection id [protected] has been taken on 15/04/2017 i and my balance has been cut from my account but no has been not recharge till now where my amount have been gone plzzz cashback me on paytm.
                                    please chek that and help me as soon as possible...
