I have paid the DEGREE ONLINE SERVICES, TELANGANA (DOST) Fee by using the billdesk internet banking facility after payment it shows that the payment is failed but amount has detected from my bank account. I have attached the screenshots the money that I have paid and got the payment failed and the message that I had got that my money has debited from my account. Soo please sort this problem as soon as possible... Thanking you

    Hey i have done my transaction from your portal of degree online services Telangana (DOST) and then the payment was failed but money got deducted from my account

          Hii on 1st July 2022 i was trying to pay (Rs.1275/-) my electricity bill on pspcl with Paytm(UPI) .
          As soon as I paid the money the site (billdesk) said transaction error.
          Then i visited the nearest electricity office but nobody is giving me any proper answer, contact numbers are not working.
          What should I do know

            I made a payment of 10, 515/- against a fee this morning. My money has been debited from my account and PhonePe showed "payment successful"
            Minutes later i received a mail stating the payment has failed and hence need to paid again.
            I have attached the details below for your reference. Kindly verify and sort this out as soon as possible.

The amount is not getting updated under "Verify the Bill Payment" option under Bill Desk. I request you to look into this issue and do the needful.

                  I paid the fee of DEGREE ONLINE SERVICES, TELANGANA (DOST) application through the NET BANKING(232.08). Amount debited and transaction completed from BANK but, DOST doesn't received any transaction it shows failed transaction try again. I'm giving the details of Ref ID:KPG-[protected]

                    I have applied to GAT 2022 test and entered all the required details for the application form and final stage of application that is payments i done through UPI by taking the QR code and scanned it and the payment was succesful and money was debited from the bank account but the money was not paid to the examination fee its showing complete payment ! also i have the screen shots too.

                        I have done the pre-registration for my cousin and the payment of 227 was made from BillDesk. The amount is deducted but the payment page shown as Failed. I would request you to look into this and do the needful.

                        I could see that there are lot of complaints about the same thing.

                        I would request you to look into this refund or make the PIN generated to the registered number asap.

                          I have made following on line transaction through Canera Bank, via Billdesk,
                          Transaction reference no,
                          IBITG[protected] online Transaction BDP IDBIFEDE BILLDSK_WCNB[protected] Rs 36818.18.
                          But amount of Rs rs 36818.18 is debited from my bank account and transaction has failed.
