I made a recharge of 309 rupees on 15th April at 20:28 for the number [protected] through Jio via paytm. But the recharge was not successful nd money was deducted kindly refund the money. Transaction was under order IPT[protected].
I hope you to cooperate and make the refund soon otherwise I have to complain to consumer services. Moreover please provide customer care number

I recharge through www.jio.com 309 plan. my jio number is [protected] but after payment through billdeskutil with paytm .paid rs.309 to billdeskutil at 10:38am. wallet txn id:[protected].but my recharge not come.please REFUND my 309 rs kindley...please refund my amount

I was recharge 309 rs. On 15 april for my jio account my money was deducted from my paytm account but recharge not done so i want my money back or do my recharge i also contact with paytm but they are also complaining on billdeskutil so please help me to get my money back so many people are affected by this type of cheating.

I paid through my paytm wallet yesterday (14th Apr 2017) and the amount got deducted but Dominos didn't receive any order, I called up at sector 56, Gurgaon store (as the order goes to that store) but they confirmed of no such order, though INR 777 was received by BILLDESK. I logged an issue with PayTM but they responded saying "as confirmed by the merchant BILLDESK you transaction under order IPT[protected] was successful from our end. We would request you to kindly contact the merchant BILLDESK customer care team for the order confirmation"
