Recharge is not done.

Hiii.I m Sandhya.I did a recharge of 309 on my jio no.but recharge is not done yet.that amount is deducted from my Paytm wallet.but my jio no didn't get any recharge or any message..plz refund my money to my Paytm wallet.Rs 309 is deducted from my Paytm wallet and paid at billDeskutil at8.51pm..txn Id is[protected]..plz sir solve my problem as soon as possible....

I m prime member so i recharged for 303/- but yet now didn't recived that amount on my jio no. 303 /- has been paid to billdeskutil but my jio no.     I have used 'bill desk' services to pay the electricity bill of MSEDCL (maharashtra state electricity distribution company ltd. ) as on 10042017
    10:19:39 But yet payment has not been received to MSEDCL from bill desk payments, while amount had been deduced from bank account and transaction status shows successful. I therefore request to you kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.
    So that our faithful relation make more stronger. For this act of sympathy i shall be obliged forever. I am sharing some important info concerning this transaction. Attaching also the receipt of this transaction. Give your precious assistance.

          I requested a recharge of Rs303 on 7 April at 6:48 pm on my jio number through Paytm and Rs303 deducted from my Paytm wallet and recharge has not been completed and according to Paytm as confirmed by the merchant BILLDESKutil my transaction under order IPT[protected]
          was successful from there end. Paytm request me to kindly contact the merchant BILLDESKutil customer care team for the order confirmation.
          In case, BILLDESKutil denies the transaction/Payment, share the consent mail with Paytm from the merchant end against the failure transaction.
          BillDesk customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                I have contacted paytm for incomplete transaction about my JIO PRIME membership and Rs 303 recharge but they have told to contact you. My transaction for JIO membership has not been done . Rs. 402 has been deducted from my wallet but it has not been reached to JIO .                     I did Jio recharge for my 2 mobile numbers of ₹ 303 and paytm showed it as successful, but the pack was not activated in Jio
                    Recharged with BILLDESKutill from 303 on Jio app by Paytm show recharge successful by Paytm.
                    But neither i received any msg by BILLDESKutill nor by Jio, not even showing in Jio account recharge history.

                    Please return the money back in Paytm wallet or make recharge successful on Jio account.

                            On 7th April 2017 I have tried to recharge of Rs. 303 plan against my JIO prepaid number thru JIOMoney App. I have tried twice, because first transaction is failed due to some technical issue and amount Rs. 303 was deducted from my account. JIOMoney show me recharge is not done and show error message 'Transaction Failure'. My amount still not return back to my account. I have my bank transaction ref# 64234164/IBBR[protected]/BILLDESK for this transaction.

                            Please check this issue and refund my amount to bank account asap.

                              I have done recharge of Rs.303 to my JIO No., And was placed successfully and amount has been deducted from my Paytm wallet. When I contacted paytm customer care they are telling that my order was placed with BILLDESKutil your under order IPT[protected] and was successful from their end. But my JIO No. have not received any recharge amount.

                              Please look into the issue and refund the amount or else need to lodge a complaint under consumer act.

                                On 07/04/2017 at6:13 p. M. I pay rs. 303 to jio for the mobile number [protected] through paytm account. My name is sonali das. My registered mobile no. Is [protected]. I have also get sms from dm-ipaytm that transaction id is [protected] at 6:13. And vk-ipaytm sms given on6:13 that transaction id [protected] which says that paytm to billdeskutil. And then bz-atmsbi sms the transaction id:[protected].
                                But the jio does not confirm that the transaction 303 rs. Is not recharged to this number. I contacted them but they says that they do not get any price.
                                BillDesk customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

But the same is not paid to BSNL for which mobile recharge is not done.Mailed to [protected]@billdesk.com but no reply made.

                                    Unstantly paytm customer care Rahul tripathi calls me from paytm customer care toll free no. [protected]
                                    to assist my problem
                                    He said he is going to refund my money he asked my card no. And Otp
                                    He deducted Rs. 3000 from my account
                                    Plz take serious action against paytm
