On the date of 07/04/2017 recharged for 402 for my Jio number through Paytm wallet two times.The both transaction has been not successful due to timed out but the amount has been deducted from my Paytm walle for both transaction. Please refund my total amont of rs.804 As soon as possible.

I have recharged rs 402(99 for prime membership and 303 for recarge) on my jio no. From jio app through paytm but the rechargd hav not been done.. Dear Sir/Madam,

I made a payment to ebay using Paytm wallet, whilst making transaction neither my payment for order was made nor the money was refunded to Paytm wallet. Also Paytm claims that the payment was successful for 354 rupees.

This transaction was done on the 7th of April, 2017 at 17:04:52 hours.

The payment is deducted from my Paytm Wallet however there is no confirmation of payment to JIO from your side. According to Jio representative Jio did not receive the payment. I paid 499 from my paytm cash for reliance Jio recharge 3 days ago . The transaction was successful as a result of which 499 was deducted from my paytm cash but didn't get Jio confirmation message . Asked both paytm says transaction was successful from their side and Jio says didn't receive any payment. Suggest for cash refund of mine or anything else
