I have made online payment of inb india power corporation l for amount rs. 1881 through sbi internet banking. The amount has been deducted from bank account but not received by inb india power corporation l. The transaction reference no. Is isbi[protected]igaazxvpg8 for rs, 1881 on 23-mar-17 12:29pm.
Please resolve my problem immediately so that payment is made on due date. The due date for payment is 1 april.

My problem has been resolved. I emailed my merchant after getting email from bill desk that the payment is received by the merchant. My merchant updated the list.

Problem still not resolved. Neither I got my money back nor it is received by the biller.

My problem has been resolved.
I emailed my merchant after getting email from bill desk that the payment is received by the merchant. My merchant updated the list.

    Amount Rs 859 got deducted from savings account of Indian overseas bank through Debit card Payment for Domino's order.
    But neither the amount was received by Domino's nor it has refunded back in savings account.

      I had paid my current bill in Apepdcl app through ICICI debit card on 22 March 2017 at 12 P.M. Money is debited from the card but bill is not paid. Receipt is not generated. My current bill consumer no is 11132600S1003937. At the time of bill payment after the money debited from bank only white screen appear. I am waited till this moment but no receipt. So pls resolve it the due date is over.

              I have transferred an amount of Rs 2000/- & Rs 1000/= on 24.12.2016 & 01.02.2017 respectively by debit to my SB account of State Bank of India. The transactions were made thro' Billdesk online system to my HDFC Bank credit card which were debited to my account on above dates.

              02. The said debits have not been credited to my credit card account.

                On[protected] morning, I used bsnl portal for making a topup of Rs 190 to my mobile number through online banking with Andhra bank and I got the message “ Hot payment successful” and the amount of Rs.189 is debited from my bank account through transaction id IB/INDIA/BSNLPRE/IADB[protected].
                But so far I have not received the confirmation mail to my mail id from bsnl and the amount is not added to my mobile account balance or refund the amount to my bank account. Kindly do the needful... Chitra

                        I have paid my Land Line Telephone (No.[protected] Bill of February, 2017 through SBI buddy. My SBI buddy valet deducted amount of Rs. 832/- but BSNL showing non receipt of the above payment and charged the present month i.e. March, 2017 bill. From my above payment I have not received any receipt or e-mail message from your side.

                        Please trace out my payment particulars and arrange to remit the same to BSNL direct and inform me the action taken within a week.

                          I was making an online bill payment to BSES Delhi from their website through BillDesk using my credit card and amount was debited and became a failed transaction (Generated Erorr - PME10007-Invalid acquirer response, Transaction Reference Number - HCMP[protected] Amount Rs. 1170/- to BSES on 28th Feb 2017). I contacted my bank but they are not able ot resolve it so far. Please help to resolve this at the earliest and refund the amount.

                                I paid tsspdcl electric bill service number.[protected]Unique service no.[protected] through sbi bank netbanking on 27 th february, 2017 by using the link https://www.billdesk.com/APCPDCL/apcpdcl.htm

                                The first transaction shown fail and paid again in the second transaction successfully. But the electricity bill payment amount is deducted twice vide the transaction receipt nos. Hsbi[protected]igaawewqq3 and
                                Hsbi[protected]igaawewqi0 transaction date[protected] for the amount of rs. 759.88 for single bill on the name of b. Ramalaxmi.

                                Hence, i request you to refund the extra transaction amount.
