On 27th March, while I was paying 919 rupees to Bharti Axa insurance, the billdesk transaction wasn't completed but amount got deducted from my bank account. Can you revert the transaction and send amount to my bank account.

    Below complain I lodged to the billdesk as well as aircel about 15 days back till date I haven't received any information or ticket number from Billdesk. most of the Indian agencies are using this payment gateway but unfortunately they do not have any customer complain settlement system.

    I made a payment to Aircel Mobile bill using your payment gateway on 06/03/2017 using upi link I paid from [protected]@icici and my account says that it is paid to [protected]@icici. but Aircel refuse that they have received the payment and bank says that payment was success full. The details are as follows:

        25/03/2017 ihad recharge mobile bsnl topup100 in two time in [protected].in all time amount is debited and request processing and error occur and mobile topup not recharge.l had recharge bsnl portal debit card and bill disk gateway.bill disk gateway debited my amount .in all time request processing and after some time error occur.please refund my amount in two time recharge

        About an hour before i just recharged from my paytm account for the jio prime. The recharge is not done but the amount have been reduced from my account.
        Cancel it ASAP. I don't want this anymore.

          I have made an online payment of INR 4439.0 towards payee BILL DESK BPC on Mar, 27, 2017 at 15:13 hours. But I am not getting my premium receipt from LIC portal. Infect policy still due.

          Please tell me when my money will reach to LIC INDIA. So we can download receipt online.

          I have made transaction by online banking from ICICI bank INR 4439.00. But we are not get any receipt from the licindia portal.

            I have recharged my Vodafone no [protected] through ICICI Bank by My Vodafone app.After recharging an amount of 50 ps is reducing from my Vodafone Number main balance from 2 days.So kindly deactivate this service from my mobile number so that no amount should reduce from my Mobile balance.This problem is occurring from 2 days.So kindly resolve this balance reducing issues

              Yesterday someone has used my ICICI Credit Card to do his bill payment at billdesk Mumbai. I have authentication/transaction ID. Could you please help me to check the transaction details.
              Transaction ID is 443758.

              I have called ICICI customer care but they are saying that they have only transaction ID and no other details about the person who did the transaction. But when tried to check with Airtel Customer Care, they are asking for the mobile number for which payment is done.

              Both the side I am not getting any positive responce.

              Kindly help me out to get my money refunded.

                I have made online payment of inb india power corporation l for amount rs. 1881 through sbi internet banking. The amount has been deducted from bank account but not received by inb india power corporation l. The transaction reference no. Is isbi[protected]igaazxvpg8 for rs, 1881 on 23-mar-17 12:29pm.
                Please resolve my problem immediately so that payment is made on due date. The due date for payment is 1 april.

                My problem has been resolved. I emailed my merchant after getting email from bill desk that the payment is received by the merchant. My merchant updated the list.

                My problem has been resolved.
                I emailed my merchant after getting email from bill desk that the payment is received by the merchant. My merchant updated the list.

                    I had paid my current bill in Apepdcl app through ICICI debit card on 22 March 2017 at 12 P.M. Money is debited from the card but bill is not paid. Receipt is not generated. My current bill consumer no is 11132600S1003937. At the time of bill payment after the money debited from bank only white screen appear. I am waited till this moment but no receipt. So pls resolve it the due date is over.

The transactions were made thro' Billdesk online system to my HDFC Bank credit card which were debited to my account on above dates.

                            02. The said debits have not been credited to my credit card account.

                              On[protected] morning, I used bsnl portal for making a topup of Rs 190 to my mobile number through online banking with Andhra bank and I got the message “ Hot payment successful” and the amount of Rs.189 is debited from my bank account through transaction id IB/INDIA/BSNLPRE/IADB[protected].
                              But so far I have not received the confirmation mail to my mail id from bsnl and the amount is not added to my mobile account balance or refund the amount to my bank account. Kindly do the needful... Chitra
